Terrible place. DO NOT GO HERE. FAKE REVIEWS. Before the job is even attempted, the guy says I'll give you a discount if you give two good reviews on Google. How do you give a review BEFORE a job is complete? That makes a lot of sense. Don't trust their rating on Google. HAD to pay only in cash, too. Prior to beginning a job, the customer should be consulted about what will be done and if there are any special situations with the install for my specific vehicle, as all vehicles are not the same and require different methods. I was not consulted about anything before the job. Only after the job is complete they tell me the back window was difficult and they tried four times. They claim my car is very difficult to do and usually requires the back panel be taken out. But they didn't take the panel out so they claim they did the best they could (which was terrible and uneven). By the way, they dented my speaker in the back (probably during one of the four times they tried to do a simple install). Went back to complain and the boss said there was nothing he could do and that it's a fantastic job. He had the audacity to tell me he'll do my other car that I left there for a few days after picking up my tinted car, and he tells me he'll give me a good price on that other car as well, after I just got done complaining about how I was unsatisfied with the job. That should tell you everything right there about his motives: money, and that's it. Went back to complain a second time and they were very unprofessional and refused to give any kind of refund. A worker managed to tell me he doesn't know what I do for a living but I can't afford a good tint job and have no real money cause I'm asking for a refund. Boss never responds to my calls or texts. Unprofessional, money-hungry hustle. Not a real business. Avoid at all costs. Pay a little extra and get the job PROFESSIONALLY done, trust me. read more

Went here about four years ago got all my windows tainted by him except my windshield was told everything was under lifetime warranty once I encountered him about lifetime warranty I never got an answer. he told me to come through one day went through. He wasn't there asked him again and never got a response so professional great work horrible people running a business. read more

I went here off a suggestion from a past buyer saying everything online is true, I find it quite the opposite. Went here for window tints and a sunstrip and their prices changed over 4 different times from calling. I paid for a 6" Sun strip and when I got home it was cut too short and only about 4". I had to call 4 times just to get him to redo it to the legal limit but when I came back he put it almost 2" below the legal limit. Ended up cutting my losses and avoided the headache by taking my business to "Precision Tint & Vinyl Experts". They got the job done for half the price in half the time. I'd been wanting to get my windows tinted for a while but never had time and I didn't want to go too far to my family's friends who own tint shops. Finally, I decided to call since this place is only 10 minutes from my house. The guy who helped me told me to drop the car off at 4 and by 8pm it was ready. He explained what he was going to do before and was very nice and chill. The price was very affordable. It felt amazing finally getting my windows tinted after wanting them for so long and now everyone's hitting me up to ask where I went to! This is the best place to get your vehicle tinted. They're honest, quick and reliable. I called on a Friday, and they were able to get me in the next day. I told them exactly what I wanted for my 2019 Mazda CX-3, and they were able to provide that exactly. The two front windows are 35% while the rest are 5%, and I couldn't be any happier. The garage is hard to find but its not a big deal. They are extremely nice and worked fast (done in about 2 hours, told me it would take 3). Made an appointment for 10am. As I am waiting in the parking lot I get a text from a random number at 10am that they are running late and to drop my keys in some garage slot. I've never met these people and the location was shady. They told me if I wanted to wait I would have to wait at least 30 minutes. I drove off and didn't say anything. No follow up, no apologies for missing the appointment. Business must be booming for them to act like this. I'll go to a real business that honors appointments. read more

DEFINITELY would not recommend!!!! I scheduled and appointment with this location 3 weeks in advance, confirmed my appointment the night before and to my surprise I came to the location to have my windows tinting and NO One was there. I made 3 calls left voice messages and still no response. A simple call to cancel my appointment from this business would have been acceptable and even a call to apologize for wasting my time would have also been better, but I received neither. Best tints I ever installed on my car! This little shop is operated by two guys who really has best workmanship in town. I am totally satisfied with the job that they did on my 2016 camry. Two years ago I got a 3m 35% installed on my car and i thought it was too light so I decided to have 25% reinstalled last month. It came out flawless! These guys (Tiv and Christian) are great! And they are very good with their hands. I told them how I wanted to be installed like tight edges and they did it flawlessly. I've had a bad experience with tint world in Bensenville in the past, such as bad installation(too many bubbles), bad film alignment, new car being damaged, being harassed by the owner after writing bad reviews and etc....So I was pretty hesitant about getting it installed on my new vehicle. Probably not all but I think other places that has big names like tint world is all about marketing that just makes them look professional and hires amateurs with no skills. Majority of those businesses only cares about money and reviews. At least that was my experience with them. Do not waste your hard earned money or get ripped off at those places! Tiv and Christian will work with you and really listen to what your preferences are.a perfect job.
