Maybe 10 yrs ago he removed a toes neuroma, he offered shots - no thanks (temp fix) or surgery so I picked surgery and so glad I did as those little things are like walking on gravel. He's been nothing but fantastic and honest and tries not to go the invasive route if not necessary nor out to get your money. I've since consulted other, including a referred botch fix podiatrist and they said he did a great job on my former surgeries! It's my first time there I did not even know I could re-schedule through an app. 2.) If I had re-scheduled at 10:45 a.m. why would I show up 5 hours later. 3.) If my appointment was at 10:45 a.m. and I had re-scheduled at 3:45 p.m. how would I have gotten a card from them showing that time. They even have a foot Xray machine in the facility so you don't have to go to a lab or hospital to get a look inside your foot. Dr. Cook did mine & immediately saw some issues. Dr Reed was great when I started going there. I even suggested her to our providers when needing a…read morepodiatrist referral... But unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to be good enough to make up for the office staff. They must be family members or friends etc, otherwise I don't understand how they stayed employed. ONE of the women at reception was very kind but I only spoke to her once. Jack and the woman that works the front desk most often were HORRIBLE. They would not return calls, hung up on me one time, lied about forms being filled out and submitted. When I repeatedly told them my insurance did not have the form, Jack INSISTED they were lying. When I asked for a copy of the form for myself, it was 90% blank and the rest was wrong. Jack had obviously just used white out to change an older (different) forms date. Then Dr Reed stated that since they had "already done the forms" they would then be charging me $30 for any forms/records that were needed to be done/faxed from that point on. Meaning I had to pay for them to do the forms (that they insisted were done) THE RIGHT WAY and to RE FAX THEM AGAIN. Their laziness, incompetence, and apathy resulted in 8wks of disability with NO INCOME coming in. PERIOD. I would beg on the phone to please help, I couldn't work and needed to pay rent. They told me they 'did their job and didn't need to do anything more.' Then stopped returning my calls. And would hang up on me if they heard my voice when calling. Jack very quickly back tracked when they couldn't provide copies of the things they had supposedly done...(because they never were)... and then charged me to do them. He even went as far as insisting visit notes were sent in, then admitted the visit notes weren't even IN the chart yet (so, faxing notes that didn't exist yet...) Jack will raise his voice to speak over you, cut you off, gaslight you. I don't think he understands what an Office Manager actually does. It makes me really appreciate our office and my coworkers for how far they will go to take care of patients and their needs. If we acted in such a manner as Dr Reed's staff, not only would we probably be out of a job - but I, personally, wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing that's how I treated someone. She would be AMAZING --- if she ditched those two.

Finding a great doctor is hard to come by. I was referred to Dr. Do by my buddy Dang who also had foot pains from years of Military service- fighting the war. He highly recommended Dr. Do for curing his foot pains and also he told me he got into a FREE Bunion Study; thus, receiving free surgery and money for being a part of it. I looked into the study on the doctor's website gentlefootdoc.net. I have never heard of getting free surgery and money...I have to see if I can get into that! I am so glad that I made an appointment and I was able to get in really fast! That's a big plus. When I went to my appointment I did not have to wait very long and got to meet Dr. Do. He was a very knowledgeable and personable; furthermore, he is board certified which is a big plus! We talked like we were old time buddies about sports, fishing, hunting and the pain in my foot. He made some recommendations and he treated me over a few visits. My foot pain is all gone and I am forever grateful! My treatments were cortisone shot and custom made orthotics! I had shots before and his cortisone shot was so gentle that I barely felt any pain. I am all cured and ready to live life without pain! Thank you Dr !!!! Update: I went in for a check up to see Dr. Do since I was playing some Basketball and tripped; thus, causing me to hurt my foot. Once again I was very pleased to be treated. Dr. Do was so personable and we spoke like we were old friends. He told me he plays basketball himself and is quit the outdoorsman. Really a cool doctor! Always a pleasure to see him.
