I sent everything I had for review and then was instructed to basically do more research which could be a financial burden and more time consuming for me than it would be for an attorney getting said information. In 6 1/2 weeks I called the office every 2 - 3 days and never received a call back during that said day. I received one voice mail and one other phone call during this time period. We were then told something totally different than the initial first call. Another week went by and nothing. I have now realized this is not going to work out for us and requested my paperwork back. Although I was not being charged yet, this case of ours has been at a standstill all this time due to false hope. I feel that I should write this for other people that are in need of this kind of guardianship/custody case. For a family law issue such as this I would keep searching.

The next week they say you have to keep an excel spreadsheet and receipts of all expenses and the rest of the heirs need to agree to reimburse. Why wasn't that explained the FIRST meeting? Also they did not explain when we called to set up the appointment that the full amount was due at first appointment. They have also sent out several official documents with the wrong name and they just scratched it out with pen and wrote the correct name. This is unacceptable.
