This was my second visit. The first time, 3 employees were at the front desk looking at their phones. They glanced up when I came in and then went back to their phones. No "hi", no smile, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Since the store was fairly new, I thought maybe they didn't have retail experience yet. I bought a couple of items and left. Today, nothing has changed. The guy at the register was on his phone and eating. No customer greeting. I walked around the store and saw some plants I liked. This time however, I didn't buy anything. I just left. It costs employees nothing to smile and say hi. I wasn't looking for a personal shopper, but an acknowledgement would have made a huge difference. There are plenty of other plant stores. I contacted Menards and was told to contact the manufacture. I sent all the information and then after many months, they wanted more and more and more. I was never paid back for my damage product. The wall had to be taken down and replaced with real wood. Do not buy anything from this company their customer service thinks.

They have a small but very nice selection on line. Pricing is extremely fair vs the big stores. Pics on the website are actual pics of the decks and not stock pics.
