We found bed bugs little over a month ago and it took me less than 20 minutes to get someone on the phone and treatment scheduled. They were clear and concise with there info and talked me through what I should expect with the inspection. We had the inspection done and I asked about treatment options. They were very clear with the pros and cons of each option and finally got settled on there advanced treatment. Only had to wait the following week for the treatment and Chris the one who did it was very calm and informative. He did not mind my many MANY questions and was willing to answer all of them and even gave me piece of mind when I asked about many different things we should be doing. Treatment went very smoothly and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They even treated my duplex neighbors side after getting permission from our landlord and following the treatment we haven't seen a new bug since the week after. Chris just performed our 30 day follow up and cleared us. From what he saw we didn't seem to be finding any new bugs or traces of them. We have utilized Scherzinger's services since the early 1980s and have always been satisfied! The additional coverage (e.g., bedbugs) if service is needed was a lifesaver for us a few years ago. We moved to this home in 2015 - it had been well-maintained by the prior owners, though no routine preventative services were used. When we realized that we had a rodent problem I immediately called Scherzinger - I did not bother to investigate any other extermination services. The technician was on time and professional. He was astute to the fact that we had pets and that grandchildren were often around. He took care to use/place traps to ensure their safety. His instructions regarding the problem and ongoing prevention were great. Now that I've initiated this treatment, I plan to continue with the quarterly Guardian perimeter service that I had been receiving from them in my prior 2 homes. Our current home is very, very old. While we do not have any serious problems in this home (other than seasonal spiders and the incredibly annoying summer stink bugs) I want to keep it that way. read more

I have been a customer for years & have regular preventative service quarterly. I have always been satisfied. Over the last few months, I began noticing ants (found a nest /colony when doing remodeling outside) & spiders with increasing frequency. I mentioned this to my "newer" technician. After a couple of visits with my technician where I felt like my concerns were not being addressed & the problems was not improving; I called competitors to get estimates & was planning to cancel my service. I called the office one more time & the lady listened to my concerns & offered to have the back-up person come the next day. He arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. He listened to my concerns & explained exactly what he was going to do & what results I should expect. I have used Scherzinger now for 2 years in our new home...and the Sentricon Program is the best. They treat our home regularly to prevent any pests . If I do see any I can make a call and they will stop back out again to set traps or treat the problem. We had BIG Spiders in our garage when we moved it and have woods in the back that may have brought them in, but they did put those sticky traps in garage , basement and that took care of those . I still keep those paper traps around works great. I know others are cheaper but seriously you do get what you pay for. Marty at Scherzinger Pest Control has been wonderful .. A pesky raccoon entered through a vent into the attic and between the walls of our rental property. He was captured but unfortunately 2 weeks after his removal fleas appeared. It has been an ordeal since my tenants do not have pets since allergic to them. The fleas were biting them and very hard to remove. We fogged 3 times and got professional help 3 times with 2 different companies. Scherzinger was definitely top notch from the sale person to the technician. Prices were affordable $160 for first treatment and $60 for followed up. The other company was more expensive. The technician was very knowledgable, professional, detail-oriented and accommodating. I contacted Scherzinger's a few years ago when yellow jackets were nesting behind the siding on our house and coming inside. Having a grandson confined to a wheelchair and not cognitive enough to be able to let me know if he was being stung, was terrifying. They came out immediately and treated and were so concerned for our well being that it was quite refreshing to find a company that cared about the clients not just the money. When we moved there was no thought about not continuing the service in our new home. The technicians we have had on both homes have been the best there is. I have always used Scherzinger in the past! Bryant came out to take care of a hornet/wasp problem. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do and that he would come back three times to make sure they were gone from under my camper. My only problem was the person that scheduled the appointment did not schedule it with the technician. After 45 minutes I called to see what was the delay. Bryant was very apologetic and showed me his appointments and even contacted his supervisor. I had been left off by the scheduler! Bryant went out of his way to work me in since he was in the area! Outstanding knowledge, service and professionalism! I have dealt with an ongoing bedbug problem for 2 years, and ScherZinger solved it with the Heatigation treatment. I cannot tell you what a nightmare it has been with recurring infections and multiple furniture replacements. I was dealing with a well-known national company with no results. After some bad customer service issues with our previous pest control service (rhymes with Workin'), we gave Scherzinger a call. Exactly the type of service we wanted: treat the outside of our house to prevent pest entry. It's worked fine. With the recent warm, muggy weather, we've had a few silverfish show up. AJ was very thorough when inspecting the areas we were concerned about for carpenter ants. He answered our questions completely and with obvious knowledge. We were very pleased with his inspection and treatment. He found evidence of termites on our outbuilding that we thought was from carpenter ants! Scherzinger Pest Control has been great. We recently signed up for a mouse problem and decided to sign up for the yearly service. I was nervous that this would be a waste of money but everytime we have had even the slightest problem in between treatments they come out and take care of it all for no charge. I would highly recommend Scherzinger pest control. We had an issue with a gigantic hornet nest and they came out the same day and removed it. They also found a wasp nest on our porch we didn't even know was there! We have used them for close to 15 years in two different homes and have always been impressed with their quarterly service. We had an ant issue in the home and they were very responsive in setting up a good time to help. They showed up on time and the representative was thorough and professional in treating the interior and exterior of the house. I would have liked to have seen them do a little more research into where the colony was located, and whether or not they were in our walls, but so far we have seen a major reduction in ants. My technician is fantastic - timely, friendly and professional. My only issue has been that I have asked them not to send out the technician without calling me first to decide on a day/time so that I can be home to have them spray the inside of my house as well as the outside. they keep forgetting to do this, which means that the technician has to come out twice.
