I talked to Baily at Scherzinger Pest Control on Thursday evening about our wasp problem. She scheduled me for Saturday morning and took my credit card number. Saturday morning came and went. I called Scherzinger back on Saturday morning. They said they don't do insects on Saturdays and they had no record of my appointment - they couldn't even give me another time or date until Monday. These guys are great! Phil is our service guy and he is amazing. He is focused, thourogh, and very detail oriented. He always does a fantastic job. Starts with detailed questions, then takes care of the problem, and follows up with a review. We are on the quarterly maintenance plan. He does such a good job on the outside of the house that we rarely see any pests inside the house. When Phil does treat the inside of the house he is very neat and you can't tell he was ever there when he leaves. He always responds to pop up problems (wasps in the back yard) immediately. If you use Scherzinger, be sure to clarify their warranty policies and how to prep your house before the treatments, as I received poor-quality communication and mixed, confusing information. Our fleas were extremely bad, and Scherzinger has now come 6 times, but unfortunately, the bugs are not gone. After a very upsetting conversation with the Dayton manager, Matt, I was very frustrated with the company and felt like I had been given incorrect information and that the manager had told me things that were untrue. Afterward, I was contacted by their regional manager, who drove from out of town to come speak to me and my husband. He was apologetic, kind, and responsive to our concerns. He said they would continue to take care of our issue and work on their communication issues, which was very much appreciated. I have mixed feelings about the company. If your problem isn't as bad as ours was, I'm sure Scherzinger's services would be adequate, and they're certainly more affordable than many alternatives. read more
