The service was performed in July and the payment was also made in July. I have since been receiving invoices and late notices on a weekly basis stating that I never paid the invoice. I have provided them with proof from Key Bank that the check was received and deposited in their bank account. They continue to send late notices and have now turned me over to collections for a mistake in their accounting office. They continue to think it is my problem and don't seem like helping by researching where they applied the payment. I would never use this company again!
