She also failed twice to send a technician to confirmed appointments when I took time off work. Due to all the miscommunication, this company refused to remove the traps and dead animals and claimed my invoice was due despite not completing their contract. (They just deleted the part that said they would remove traps/animals.) What I am left with is removing the dead animals and traps myself (see photo) after paying them just over $5000 to do it. What was the actual point? They made no attempt to right the situation. No apology. No responsibility for a job not done. All this and this morning, I woke up to the sound of a rodent in my ceiling!
