I had the bait stations refilled and they are still coming out. Barnes has come out a couple of times since to check out the situation, but they seem incapable of offering any new plan for getting rid of the mice. I am going with a different company now, since they seem incapable of offering any reasonable treatment plan going forward, other than putting up traps inside for a very expensive rate.

We had a raccoon that somehow got into our kitchen floor! We weren't sure what it was, but when it…read morestarted growling, it looked like the only animal that gets into homes and growls are raccoons. I called Critter Control and they explained how the process works. A couple of days later, Ben came by to find the entry point into our house. After looking around the whole perimeter of the house & roofline, he guessed that the probable entry point was under our deck; the underside of the bay window. Apparently it's a common place to wear holes for critters to get in. He set a live trap over the course of a couple of weeks caught 3 raccoons. He removed them, covered the entry holes & checked to see if any other animals tried to get it. Once he was sure no one was trying to get in, he began the repairs. The repairs are extra, but he measured for what it would take & emailed a quote for the repair. You have to sign the quote for them to do the repairs, or you can choose to do it yourself. He just finished the repair today, texted me photos of the repair. They have a 1 year warranty against any critters getting in after the repair. Ben was a pleasure to work with and always very respectful- he always answered my comments or questions with "yes, ma'am ". A great company to work with.
