Scott is a brilliant troubleshooter and takes the time to make sure everything is fixed completely the first time. He is transparent, fair, humble, and kind. The reviews about fixing the light bulb and the rubbing sound are very familiar. One day I lost an exhaust holder. He gave me metal coat hangers to rig it until I had time to fix it properly even though he was extraordinarily busy. Scott is a kind man, a man of his word, and the best (and most thorough) mechanic I've ever met. Plus his prices are fair and reasonable.

Beware of this guy he is not honest and out to pay his mortgage on his Garage by 'finding' things to charge extra for. The guy I go to now never charged For adjusting or tightening anything. Be very clear with them and don't let them scam you into doing more than you need. When you pick up your vehicle be very careful and read the entire bill. I took my truck in for an inspection and one of their mechanics called to tell me that my truck had passed without any problems. Then he said that my front brake pads may not make it to the next inspection. He could replace them for me and quoted me a price. When I went to pick up my truck I was given a bill for over $3000 for putting front brake pads on. When I asked about the bill the guys at the front counter said they didn't know anything about the work performed or the bill. They said that if I wanted my truck I must pay the bill or leave. What a ripoff garage this place is. Stay far away from J&T Tire.

They go out of their way to serve their customers. One time, they even had someone give me a lift home and picked me back up because the repair was going to take a long time and they didn't want me to have to sit there. Now that's service! I have an older car so I am always worried when I take it in for the annual inspection. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate. They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more. My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place.

She took her car to have her inspection and emissions taken care of today. She takes her car to Green Apple for everything. She knows they are honest and she can trust them. Today highlights how true this is. They had previously told her that her tires were looking bad and most likely, she would need new ones to pass and before winter. Today, they told her that her tires were good enough to pass and they would continue to monitor them. They would let her know when they feel she must change them. Other organizations would have told her to change them and told her that a few other things were wrong to make money. They have integrity and care about their customers. She was so happy because she had been thinking about how she could budget for them. They're good guys and would never tell you something they was untrue and unnecessary.
