When I arrived, the shop was closed with nothing but a note on the door. There was no text or call to give me a heads-up. To make matters worse, I had already purchased a Groupon voucher that is now non-refundable. If they had at least texted or called to let me know that plans had changed, I would have had ample time to reschedule the appointment with a different mechanic and not miss my road trip. These guys might be skilled at what they do, but their terrible communication and lack of respect for a customer's time made this one of my worst service experiences ever.

I set up an appointment and they quickly evaluated the rocker panels and cab corners, developed a reasonably priced plan and scheduled an appt to repair it. I had a trip planned, so I asked if their estimated time really was enough and they assured me it was. They met their deadline! It was very appreciated, especially since they ended up having to do more work due to more extensive rust. I'm very happy and the truck passed inspection without issue.

Then, instead of doing the Preventative maintenance I asked for, I was told that after descaling the vehicle, they would not undercoat it. It turns out that their version of descaling is actually sandblasting. So their Scam is to punch a bunch of holes in the bottom of your vehicle with a sandblaster. Then you have to either pay $110 to get your car back, Or let them repair the damage that they did, which I never got an estimate for although I asked for one. I stopped him when He got to $5000 on the phone, and asked for a written estimate. Went and got my truck. He made no effort to show me the damage or the repairs needed. I waited seven days and never got an estimate for the repairs. I did immediately take the truck to my mechanic who put it up on the rack and said there was nowhere near $5000 worth of damage And the only reason that the truck would not pass inspection was that they had punched a bunch of holes in it with their sand blaster. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, And all relevant law enforcement and regulatory agencies. They even have a form letter ready to shoot to you as soon as they de-scale your car.
