Some owners close their eyes, but we wanted to address the problem since we were not planning to mice Luckily, we had a contractor friend building in Columbus and Morrow County who highly recommended Chad and Protech. Chad offered several solutions. It did not come cheap, but when you are spending money, you want it done right. Fast forward several years. There was some water coming in the crawl space. Chad quickly saw the drainage pipe not taking the water from the roof into the street. He agreed that hubby could fix that. But we needed more of his special caulk to plug up new cracks. Out to Columbus, he came. Your service charge is applied as a credit to work done. I know nothing about basement work and am leery of those companies you see on late night television. But as previously mentioned, I have a contractor friend who builds houses. He has never steered me wrong. He highly recommends Chad Daniel's of Protech as the go-to person with basement problems.

It will take them weeks to get around to fixing your roof when it is under warranty.
