I am writing my review for May Funeral home after it was purchased by the Folsom family. When my father passed away, we called May-Folsom to fulfill a pre-paid funeral contract that had been purchased earlier. In short, the experience could not have been better. We dealt primarily with Brian Folsom and Donna Arthur. Both were always professional, working with the family to see that the wake, memorial service and internment went off seamlessly. Like many public events, there is much work involved in the funeral process that goes on behind the scenes. May-Folsom anticipated every need, was always there during the wake, memorial service and internment, often not visible, but always there. Brian and Donna were easy to communicate with, quick to respond to my questions - in person, by email, or by phone. I could not be more pleased with the funeral services that May-Folsom provided for my family.
