Connie was the person placed in charge of processing our funeral as well as the paperwork. When we called Connie to ask what was happening, we were clearly in distress and Connie had raised her voice at us telling us she did not appreciate our tone. If a delay happened in your service for a member of your family, wouldn't you be distressed? Connie is an unfit candidate who can't handle frustrating situations. We are in further distress especially after how the funeral home and Connie had handled their jobs. There are so many other places to hold a funeral service, this is not even one you should consider.

Our company president is a veteran, and if someone states up front that the marker is for a member of the armed services, we make sure the customer understands that the government will provide that marker to them at no charge.
