The customer service here is dismal. None of the workers could care any less. Also I ordered a ham breakfast sandwich and there was no ham...Literally the most important part. Options for everyone to eat and from allergy perspectives, there is No shellfish on the menu except Cesar dressing! Feb 2021. So I was in the airport and Starbucks has a HUGE line and any day I Love Starbucks but this time I was hungry and needed coffee ASAP. So, I decided for Schlotzsky's literally next to Starbucks because there were only 2 people ahead of me. 1. I had never had Schlotzsky's so I thought it was a bagel coffee place (lol) oh man was I wrong.. lol 2. Attentive, caring, nice costumer service. 3. Ordered their featured sandwich and it was HUGE! Note most of their food items are over 600 calories. Yet, you don't simply consume so many calories without them being tasty so yeah all the food was TASTY! 4. Does take a while (15-18 minutes) to get your order for they prepare the food on the spot and toast the sandwich. 5. $12 for coffee and HUGE featured sandwich. 6. This specific location sells new Mexico Chile. Red or Green. I thought it was so cute they have like a gift set with a cooler for $25 you get 8 different 8oz chile containers. I loved the idea. Got a giant Turkey Original and a regular Cinnabon. Both were excellent and delicious. They were out of Sprite, but I got a cherry Coke instead. The window server was very nice. I didn't go to the restaurant so I don't know about ambience. read more

Before our flights from El Paso to Seattle, we decided to have a early lunch at Schlotzsky's. It had been quite a while since we had eaten at a Schlotzsky's (Prescott, AZ) over 10 years ago. That restaurant is now closed. My wife had the Avocado Turkey and I had the deluxe Original sandwiches. My deluxe had double meat to go with the three different cheeses, black olives, lettuce, tomato, onion and dressings. The bread is a sourdough bun. Both of our sandwiches were delicious. Their veggie breakfast sandwich is mostly cheese with a few peppers and onions thrown in there. Disappointing. 3 stars because they are open, they actually have a veggie option (changing anything is an extra charge, $1 to get different cheese), and mostly because the two women working there were super nice, despite the general population being ornery at that hour ( yes, me). Went there for the Cinnabon with extra frosting Very dry, could barely choke it down with coffee No extra frosting unless you want to call this yellowish somewhat sweet thing they put barely over the top of it frosting. I honestly wouldn't recommend, and in fact Cinnabon should really look into this location as if what they are selling most likely isn't legit Cinnabon, and for Cinnabons sakes, I would hope it just some knock off read more
