I went to Performance for a second opinion after a dealer's shop (which I had used for over 10…read moreyears) told my wife that her 9 year old SUV needed 4 new struts and 4 new tires for $3,200! Remember, this shop had done all scheduled maintenance, including oil changes for 9 years (and put new tires on less than 4 years ago). Performance did a complete inspection of the SUV, and determined the struts were fine, and the tires good for 5,000 miles! Their report included pictures and measurements, which I appreciate. They'll be getting all my non-dealer-required work for both my vehicles ftom here on out.

No I didn't. The air filter was just installed in January this year. There was absolutely no issues with my wiper blades. I turned down their suggestions and the price (for just an oil change) was atrocious. I did not receive a complete receipt, but didn't realize until I was back to work. I called to inquire and the person told me he must have forgot to give me the second page. No offer to send it to me, nothing. Needless to say, I will not be going back after using Kansasland for the past 8 years or more.

When I picked up my vehicle my front wheels had a black substance on them that won't come off. After 2 days of trying to get this issue resolved the store replaced 1 wheel but gave it to me in a box. I now have to pay someone to mount a tire. I still have 1 wheel damaged. During the process Glen H. the Director of Retail Operations hung up on me and refused to have a civil conversation. Another manager dropped the "F" bomb when talking with my wife. Final thought. Use a Goodyear store because Goodyear consumer division will help you fix this type of issue. BTW the tires are great.

They were told to finish that individuals vehicle before mine. That is not good customer service quality of service at that location needs to be evaluated and corrected. When returned I was told the price would be $25 more than what I was originally quoted. Until I pulled out my paper quote and showed them, then was told it had to be within 30 days. Showed him the dates and I was within 30 days. tHEN and only then did he say okay change it to the originally quoted price. I had paid for a 5 year alignment. They tried to charge me again for a whole new alignment only until AGAIN I pulled out my receipt from the original alignment. He tried to say I needed an oil change when I just had one done 4 weeks ago at this very location. All I'm saying is if you are a woman, make sure you keep all your receipts and quotes that they give you because they WILL try to oversell you and overcharge you if you are NOT paying attention. I was coming in for a diagnostic oil check to see where a possible leak might be that they had "found" last I was in. Nobody not one time told me that it was a 2 step process and they woulsnt even be telling me what was wrong with the vehicle today and that I would have to come back and pay for another check.
