I just replaced my Preditors tires from here. The sale staff is very friendly and helpful navigating the whole process. The sale staff Miss Tracy Rickey was very helpful and always had a smile for every customer that walked through I ghosted the door. Shop staff Raul, is so great with knowledge of what he is doing Plus if there is an issue he will come out and explain the the issue id. The GM Matt helped alot aswell. As the old account manager for this establishment I have to say its pretty sad how often they are looking for a new one. I was fired because a customer put a gun in my face and on my day off the manager and owners had a meeting in which the manager lied and threw all the blame on myself. This place is a joke. They dont know what kind of dangerous situation you are in when you go to take someones tires off their car. I saw there advertisement for tires on marketplace I sent them a message with my tire size and they replied yes they have them on my interested when I got there they refused to honor the ad advertisement saying that it was from the weekend before and they do consult with the guy who sent me the message and he subsequently withdrew the ads they should have honored what they had advertised read more

This is a great place to get your tires. Friendly and professional staff and great service. When I had my Ford I got tires from here and was treated very well. I even brought my new car for an alignment the guys got me in and did a great job. I will be contacting them to schedule an alignment here shortly. read more

The Manager Cody allowing his shop to damage peoples cars and not helping his customers out. My employee dropped her car off and they broke the bolts off the car rusted or not they broke them. now they are saying they are having a mechanic from another company coming over unpaid to deal with it at 5 when she should be at work at 2. She can tow it which would be $800 and said my employee would have to pay for it out of her pocket. I called them to discuss it to find out how this is fair to the customer and Cody had the decency to hang up on me. I will let everyone know wether it is my car or not to avoid this kind of service. read more

I hit a deep pot hole on I-70 which tore the sidewall on my tire for my Mini Cooper. Was able to get to RNR tire on Topeka Blvd. They have wonderful customer service! They were unable to order a run flat so I had to order the tire from Big O tire and take it to RNR. They replaced the tire and didn't charge me for the service. Misogynistic, manipulative establishment. Informed us on Saturday that the car would be finished by 3:30 Monday. Called at 4 pm for a status update and was told the worker had gone on lunch and the status was unknown. Walked in at 4:45 with no progress on the car. Failed to communicate at any point during the 4-5 hour delay, even as I was sitting in the room. Tried to get us to sign into a roadside assistance program saying it was paid for when it wasn't. Was told the delay of service was our fault due to the fact that they could not put the tires on until we paid. read more

Best customer service experience ever! Imagine my sister and I driving down I-70 East from CO to Florida, hit a pothole which immediately deflated the tire on our Mini Cooper. Pulled off first exit to Phillips66. She calls for tow truck, 45-75 min. wait, while I call tire stores. It's 5:24PM. Our hotel for the night is 74 miles East. Stores already closed, or about to. BigO still open. Do you have tire, 250/45/R17? Yes? Yes. Thank God. Will you wait til our car gets there? We're really in a pickle here. "We close at 6, Mam." 5 calls later, either no tire, or unwilling to stay open longer, I meet Matt Bobo (actual name). Angel on earth, put in our path via divine intervention. "Hi Matt." Pothole, flat tire etc. Do you have one of these tires for 2016 Mini Sport, front wheel drive? We have one. Great! Would you be willing to wait for our tow? Hold for a sec. Let me check with my Tire Tech. Yes. Sure. Ummm Matt, we can't ride in tow so we'll Uber over after it gets here. Matt: Where are you? I answer. Matt: No. We'll come get you. Not a problem." 30 min. later, no tow. Matt calls to see how we're doing. 5 min. later, Matt pulls up. Two women, stranded, not in best part of town. Just wanted to make sure you were safe. It's been 75 min., no tow truck, and no answer when we called Capital City Towing. Matt: I have tools. I'll pop it off, take to shop, and bring it back. So friendly. This was such over the top service, we just couldn't believe it. Matt encourages us to come with him, again, wanting to keep us safe. Matt: I usually rescue kids and dogs! Smile. His tech, Chris, and Elvira (who we could tell immediately know all about running this shop) stayed well past closing time just to help us and get us back on the road. Chris makes tire all better. Elvira rings us up. Dream team. More than fair pricing. Matt drives us back, puts tire on, and away we go. Really? We're still talking about the generosity and kindness of strangers. Several other Topeka tire stores had the same opportunity for a random act of kindness. Matt Bobo stepped up. He was late for family time and spaghetti dinner. He never hesitated.
