She explains what she is doing and makes sure that I am comfortable. While my teeth were being cleaned, there was a big screen TV playing beautiful scenic areas which is a nice distraction. Dr. Gonzales is friendly, makes suggestions for care and offers options for procedures; both necessary ones as well as cosmetic. Dentistry has come a long ways, and as expected, HRD seems to keep up with new techniques, equipment, and trends. It's never fun to have to go to the dentist, however HRD has managed, in most cases to ease the pain quite effectively. Generally dentist visits are expensive. HRD is no different, but I do feel I have been treated fairly, received great compassionate care, and am generally pleased with my experiences with HRD.
