Not very professional, they sent unskilled workers with not the right tools, not in time, and left work undone twice. When faced with the facts, they made excuses and pushed back. Eventually they took care of their mistakes but when it came to get it right, they tried to over- charge for a routine make good fix. Poor communication after they got their job. Poor execution of the job. And Nobody to talk to, just voicemail and 2 days delay responses. Don't go for the low ball estimates with hidden surcharges!! We set a date and Roberto came right on time with a team of 5 wonderful employees. He had selected and bought all the plants about which we had talked. Then he did an amazing job clearing the lots, widening the long entrances to the building, salting and he even got out of the truck to shovel out a door that was plowed in by the previous snow storm.
