Most companies that work on a time and money productivity model would have covered the damage and would been done with it. Country Carpet did the right thing. The job was completed beautifully after I hired a framer to make repairs. The service I received from Country Carpet was custom/individualized. We chose them from a number of quality builders in the area, because of their reputation in our new community for both new builds and renovations. Before contracting, we looked at several completed homes, as well as homes in progress then being constructed by Ye Olde Village Workshop. Our architect has consistently been pleased with Bill's quality and has had no issues whatsoever when he has suggested any modifications to Bill. I have found Bill's communication to be excellent as far as what is included or not, on issues and concerns, etc. In any new construction, there is inevitably some stress or misunderstanding. In those few nominal discussions, Bill and i have easily and quickly thrashed out and resolved the concern. Contrary to the other review, I highly recommend you consider the Fishers when you do your diligence. There are 2 sides to every story.
