Awful communication, AND cannot seem to get for a bed frame that was held (with a small down…read morepayment) with the agreement that the rest would be paid in full at pickup. Agreement was originally slated for pickup over Thanksgiving. Pickup ACTUALLY occurred in middle of January, and it's now MARCH!! ALL my calls have been diverted to voicemail with no return call, all emails to unanswered and my invoice notifications get ignored. Did I mention that I've seen the bed I sold to them on eBay? DO NOT SELL OR CONSIGN TO THESE SWINDLERS.
