Two different groups who arrived after us were served first while we stood there waiting to be acknowledged; I eventually had to speak up just to be recognized. As for the food, the cinnamon roll was subpar and dry. I also ordered a hot chocolate, which arrived lukewarm with cocoa powder just sitting on top and a spoon to stir it myself. Even after stirring, it was essentially just warm milk with zero chocolate flavor. Save yourself the frustration and head to the Co-op instead--the pastries and hot chocolate there are much better and actually worth the wait.
