Total cost should be $2303.52. The cost of the treatment was in the Dr hnds before the info was sent to the insurance company. Why? The same process happened at the end of my treatment and to continue it would be xxxxx of dollars without submitting an insurance claim. I put a post on their page, never showed up, they only want good reviews obviously. At the last appt. Dr. came in and asked how I felt, said ok, gave me a paper to sign for further treatment, asked for a new X-ray to see if any visual improvement was there, didn't happen. Very, very unhappy with their business process and ethics.
