Large Machine was $6 or $6.50 with an extra rinse 1 King size comfortable will fit in the large capacity. Wash seemed okay, but drying was extremely inefficient. The dryer shoved the blanket to the front and it was actually cool to the touch when i would open the machine to fluff it. Dryer 50cents for 9 minutes - after may cycles, i ended up taking the blankets home damp to finish drying

The laundry is always clean to satisfaction, folded neatly, packaged appropriately, and smells fresh. The front desk staff has exceptional service skills - they always remember my name, inform me when I have credits on my account, and update me with changes. One time I needed my laundry done the same day but I dropped the ball by bringing my laundry over at 5:00pm knowing they close at 9:00pm and they may not be able to squeeze me in. The nice woman at the front desk told me she'd try her best and she did! She was able to get it done and even called me when the load was finished. I can not say more kind things about the staff and team - always helpful! Lastly, if you are going in to do your laundry - they've been making upgrades each time I visit so it's enjoyable during the load time.

(They would not only pair up your socks but pack up your finished clothes by CATEGORY [all underwear together, all sheets, towels, shirts together, etc.].)

We've used them four or five times now after having an awful experience with the other nearby dry cleaner, and so far so good. Things have been clean, on time when promised, haven't been ruined, and the pricing isn't bargain but it's fine. I give them extra credit for knowing their limitations: another piece that had been ruined by the other cleaner was in an uncleanable condition, and they admitted as much before taking our money to try to clean it. Places that do the cleaning themselves tend to know this stuff much more than the ship-off-to-cleaning-plant storefront operations. We haven't tried any tailoring/alterations here as yet, but they do them on-site. I'm giving them four stars within the category of dry cleaners largely because every other place has been a two or a one thus far, so you figure within same-class they're well above average.

Why did the cleaners not put a tag or ticket on the trousers to indicate that a rip was found on the clothing? My suspicion is that my trousers were mishandled and switched out to another pair of pants. As a dissatisfied customer, I poorly recommend the facility's business of operation.

The laminate floor is peeling and filthy, the machines have mold in the place you add detergent, and are obviously never cleaned, the washers are not spinning at high speed anymore so clothes come out really wet and cost a fortune to dry. In my case, I had filled 8 washers and was half way through drying my clothes, sheets and towels when the ONE functional change machine wouldn't accept my $20 bill, which meant I spent $40 to wash and then bring home soaking wet clothes. I will never go there again. What a shame, it used to be so nice. Now it's clear that whoever owns it just considers it a cash cow and is ripping people off and driving the business into the ground. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
