No flexibility provided - their policy says rescheduling is no guarantee and at discretion. We didn't get any. Didn't give us much information about the teacher they contracted to at the beginning either. Their price point was high compared with local levels, it seems that their fee needs to be taken out before paying the teacher. My questions and later complaints were ignored, and upon repeated requests to cancel my subscription, they still charged me to the point of their response, not when I asked for it. I have since taken my recommendation of them to other families back. Use your local teachers instead!

She took my number and said she would pass it to the manager and finally I got a text back on the 12th of March which seemed like it might be promising. Told him what leave I was and the teacher I was looking at, he said that guy doesn't teach right now and gave the name of two others that he said were great. Didn't hear back from him, sent him a text on the 16 and asked if he was still taking students because I didn't hear back from him and I heard nothing back again. I have very high expectations because I know exactly what I want to get out of lessons and part of those expectations are communication. Like I said, they might be the best in the business at teaching music. But I wouldn't know because they don't seem to be taking on new students nor did they care to let me know.

Jill is such a wonderful teacher and my daughter looks forward to class every week. We knew very early on (barely a few months old) that our daughter responds really well to music as all babies do. She especially loved any live music when we were around it, and here was the opportunity for her to have her own personal musical concert every week! She is enthralled by Jill's voice, and her eyes follow her around the room wherever she goes.
