We recently left the Childhood Center after 6 wonderful years because both of my children aged out and moved on to kindergarten. The school was always such a happy place for my kids and they loved going. It's a smaller school so the teacher/staff are all involved in every classroom and know every kid by name. There is very low turnover on the staff so your children don't have to adjust to new teachers often. TCC uses an app and updates multiple times a day with pictures/activities, that was one of the hardest parts about moving on is not getting those updates every day. TCC also keeps things fun and stimulating for the children with theme weeks, extracurricular activities (Tippi Toes, Soccer Tots, Jolley Trolley), art, daily spanish class, and occasional music. If the weather is nice they try to give your kids extra outside time and in the summer do fun things like splash day/foam party/snoballs. The preschool program in particular is very impressive as far as learning and curriculum and my kids were more than prepared for grade school. They also have the choice of healthy/balanced lunches and snacks so it is one less thing for parents to worry about. The other families are wonderful as well and there is a great community. Parents are often invited to events for things like Halloween, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, Christmas, and several others. The gifts they send for Christmas and Mothers and Fathers day that your child made are priceless and I treasure them so much. They have flexible part time options if you are looking for that. I can't say enough about our experience at The Childhood Center. My daughter was a student there for 2.5 years until we moved, and it has been such a hard transition to say goodbye. From day one, she was treated with a unique love combined with the structure that all children crave. They are incredible at including parents in the day-to-day life of their kids at school. After attending other schools, I can say that TCC excels at: -Offering outside activities during the school day (music, dance, soccer, etc.) -Parent communication - a detailed monthly newsletter of curriculum, menu, and celebrations -Consistent updates on your child with numerous photos a day -Balancing love and discipline (my child is SO well behaved at school thanks to them!) -A focus on health for students -Involved staff -Most importantly, my child was happy every day and never wanted to leave school We already miss TCC so much and wish we never had to leave. Both my kids started at age 10 months and graduated at age 5 before kindergarten. The teachers are wonderful, the activities and curriculum are stimulating, and the friendships they have made while there are unmatched. Anytime my children needed assistance, like when my daughter became clingy to me in her last year, the staff were supportive and understanding and went above and beyond to cuddle her and deescalate. I highly recommend this school for anyone looking for an intimate and hands-on setting for their children. read more

I couldn't be happier with the decision to send my son to the Childhood Center. All his teachers were incredibly patient and loving with him. Having been there for a little over two years I can comfortably say that TCC has continued to try and make efforts to provide a fun, safe and educational environment for the kids there. There are plenty of opportunities for extracurricular activities and the staff regularly puts together fun themes for the kids outside of the usual revolving curriculum ( ex. space week, gardening week, etc). They also regularly put on activities either Friday afternoons or on Saturdays for parents/families to come and enjoy (mothers'/fathers' day, spring, summer BBQ, trunk or treat, winter bash, etc) Most all of the teachers are wonderful and they really have a collaborative spirit at the school. Since it's a smaller school, you will regularly bump into former teachers in the hallway and they don't hesitate to say hi to you and your child. The front desk ladies are incredibly friendly and helpful and seem to have a good working relationship with all of the teachers. We have never had to worry about our child's safety/well-being while he was there. The price was also fair for the area it is located. It was overall a pleasant experience and we were saddened when the time came to move on. If you are in the area, it is worth considering this daycare for your little ones. read more

I have two children ages 4 and 18 months. They have been attending The Childhood Center for about 4.5 - 5 months. I am incredibly happy that my children are attending such a program where they have both advanced so much in every aspect including social skills, motor skills. I am always so impressed with the curriculum The Childhood Center has for the Preschool program! I'm always so impressed with how much my 4 year old is learning & how proud of himself he gets when he shows me what's he's learning! He knows how to write & spell all his family members names, he's learned how to write all the letters of the alphabet & is always so excited to go to school and interact with his classmates. Before enrolling my one year old in the toddler program she was very attached to me since I was working remotely & she was home full time with me. Since she's been in attendance, her social skills, interaction with children her own age and the teachers has been so rewarding to watch! I also love the fact that even the toddlers have Spanish class. It's an incredible weight lifted off of me when I trust a facility and the teachers. I just had the misfortune of dealing with what could be the worst daycare in Houston. I would highly recommend not setting foot in this establishment if you are looking for child care. The owner has threatened to sue me for defamation and slander if I spoke up about my experiences here, so I will stick with the things I can confirm with pictures. My daughter started here on May 1st, as a 7 month old. She had never had diaper rash before, never been the type to run cold (cold hands, nose, feet etc.) On her first day I came in several times to check on her, because I would come in to feed her, and worked right down the road. Every time i came in, she was so cold, despite her long sleeved onesie, long pants and socks, primarily because the workers refused to keep her socks on for some reason. Her being cold was a constant struggle, despite doubling up her pants, putting her in a footed onesie, because the staff consistently kept taking off these layers. This past weekend she also developed a horrendous diaper rash that was just heart breaking to see her go through. There were major delays with the staff of when they inputted diaper changes and when diapers were changed. I conducted an experiment of my own and sent her in with enough diapers for 1 week based on her drop off and pick up time since they change diapers every 2 hours, and had many leftover on Friday. After three weeks, I had had enough, so my mother came down to take care of her. I spoke with Marie, the director of the school on Tuesday letting her know all of the reasons we were leaving, she was very kind and sympathetic saying she wanted us to be happy when I asked if we could get a prorated amount back for the last week we didn't use, and maybe the registration fee since so many things went wrong here. She sympathized and said she'd speak with the director. When I didn't hear back from her yesterday evening, I went in this afternoon to see if she had been able to talk to the owner. The owner just so happened to be there and brought me in for a talk. Immediately upon me saying "I'd like to ask we get a prorated amount back..." she cut me off with a "No, we don't do prorated amounts." Her tone was harsh, she cut me off several times, and then tried to mom-shame me for my daughter getting diaper rash?? When I told her I was happy to post about my experiences online, she quickly told me she would be happy to take her to court, telling me to "Make her happy" by letting her take me to court. In my opinion, she acted like a completely unstable woman who should not be around kids. Cherry on the cake, she started recording our conversation after I told her I would be happy to post about my experiences with the daycare. She then began to accuse me several times of hiring a worker who evidently wasn't there anymore, and that she was going to charge me the $5,000 placement fee for nanny's. This woman should not be around kids in my opinion, don't take your kids there!! Such a sad experience. read more

After a horrible experience at another daycare (i.e bugs in the infant room and an abuse allegation amoung other things) we pulled our 6 month old son instantly and were beyond stressed to have to find immediate daycare for our infant. Since I work in the Galleria, I was looking for something close to work, without a 2-year waiting list and, due to previous experience, was incredibly nervous to send my child to a new facility. We have now been with the Childhood Center for almost a year and a half and it was the best decision we could have made. ALL of the staff know my son by name, tell me stories every day of their interactions with him and smother him with love. We get daily reports of his activities, food consumption and diaper changes. He is not yet 2 and can count to 10 in English and Spanish. He knows basic vocabulary in both languages plus sign language, sings songs and is developing amazing social skills. All of the teachers are incredibly patient and kind to the children and my son is excited to arrive at school every day. I do encourage anyone who enrolls their child to read the handbook and understand the regulations of the facility so you are not caught off guard with things such as annual enrollment fees, regulations for ending your enrollment, closure dates etc as they are specific to this facility and clearly outlined up front. While the center is certainly expensive the piece of mind is worth it for us as I know, wholeheartedly, that my son is well taken care of all day. read more

My daughter has been enrolled since April 2019. (18 mo thru 3 yr class rooms) My husband and I are thrilled with the staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the overall environment at the Childhood Center. Our daughter thrives at the facility. We took a small break through COVID, but have been happy with our decision to have our daughter return to school this past June. Ann Marie has taken precautions to keep the children and staff safe. During the lockdown phase as the laws were rapidly changing, she stayed on top of the new rules and kept the parents informed. The curriculum is thorough and they're constantly challenging the children. They're creative with the activities and you can tell the staff genuinely cares for the children. I cannot day enough wonderful things about the Childhood Center. read more

The Childhood Center is a wonderful child care center for working families. I was alerted via email that a comment was place on 1/23/2013 to my first comment on 11/11/2011. The person that made the comment is correct. I was an employee at the Center when their family inquired about the center, but very incorrect about the events that happen. All of this happen a year ago at the beginning of 2012, we are in 2013. It's time to move on. I can't speak for others but I can speak from a universal stand point, because I still work in the field, with any situation policies are in place and it is the responsibility of the family to read those policies and understand them before given any payment for services. The person who made the comment talks about " unhappy babies and toddlers, but they still wrote a check to secure a place for their child" I can say (because at the time I was employed with The Childhood Center) that this family did not read the policies and that the action of the policy was implemented. I can't speak with anything that happen after July 2012 because I am no longer work there, but with any childcare decision Parents need to do their research and their homework extensively. For any Parent looking for child care, do your research talk with the staff, ask questions, at the end of the tour if you do not feel satisfied then tour other school and compare that is the best to base your decision, also you have the State of Texas Childcare Licensing as a resource as well. read more

The Childhood Center is the best decision we made for our son. I can't say enough amazing things about the owners, staff and teachers. From our first tour and every day after that the school is a very happy and inviting place for both parent and child. My son loves his teacher Ms Mayra and he makes sure to say bye to everyone when he leaves. That shows us that they give him so much love and attention every day. Makes me us so happy to see that. For not being 2 yet he knows his ABC's, can count to 10 and is communication skills are just improving every single day. My kids have gone here since birth, and it's one of the best decisions we've made. We researched all the centers in this area, and we were most impressed with this center. The staff is attentive, the atmosphere is upbeat and warm. When you come in in the morning you can just feel like the staff enjoys working there. They have all sorts of additional programs to make sure your kids get all the chances and stimulations they need to develop to their full potential. Art programs, music programs, dance programs , etc. Best value for money for sure. And their customer service is just superb. We've had one child graduate from the childhood center this past year into our neighborhood exemplary school. He was so well prepared that he was admitted into the gifted program. The Childhood center is the best place to bring your kids! I have two girls age 3 and 4 and when we moved to Houston I needed full time care for them. We were used to having a nanny but not knowing anyone in the area I didn't have a choice but to look for a daycare center with a serious curriculum. When I went to visit a few different childcare places I saved the childhood center for last. I brought my, at the time, 3 year old with me. Her reaction to the other places we visited was not good. Her body language and demeanor was closed and standoffish, I was also very discouraged. When I got to the childhood center and walked in I was shocked at how fun the place looked! I loved the lay out and all the different areas and activities. My 4 year old instantly was excited and engaged in checking the place out. She even wanted to stay and play! Needless to say I had my girls start the following Monday in March 2015. Both my girls attended full time from then until our move out of state in October 2015. They never complained about going to "school". They enjoys the small group of kids and we all loved the instructors. Ms. Erika is hands down the best teacher I have had the pleasure of knowing. She truly loves the children and has control of the group while being fun and comforting. Some activities the girls were involved in were play time with a variety of different toys, out door playing with objects or on a play set, crafts (the girls always had something new to bring home), and educational games. I would come by at the end of the day and had to wait until the activity was done before we could leave. I even thought I would surprise them and pick them up early one day and I was greeted with tears and "why are you here so early" because they didn't want to miss the rest of the day's activities. read more

We enrolled our 7 month old child here and did not have a good experience with the day care. The main reasons I've rated them so low are simple: 1. The teacher and student turnover rate is High (red flag). My child did not get consistency and some of the teachers were part time and none of them had 10+ yrs of experience. 2. They do not clean their toys and crib sheets daily, but weekly. 3. My child was sick the entire month we had her there. 4. Other children did not seem happy and cried more than you would expect from this age group. 5. They over utilized thier swings. The kids are tied down in the swings too much and don't get to explore. As soon as we moved our child she advanced leaps and bounds and is so much happier. At the new day care (Kompany Kids) she started crawling within 2 weeks of being there, she hasn't been sick once for the past 4 months and now she's learning to walk at 11 months. read more

I babysit for several families, and one of the families has their boys in this Daycare. This is just a top-notch facility. I can say that, because I can compare it to the other facilities I can compare it to from my other families. I won't mention them by name, because I think that's not allowed. Anyway, The staff is friendly, and there seems to be more focus on development of the child as opposed to just daycare. Sometimes almost too much - they give art lessons to kids that can hardly speak. So the art teacher is articulating "Circle, circle" patiently as she makes the kid create a circle with her hand. They definitely have more patience than I. LOL. Again, such a top notch facility. Should be an example for anyone who runs one of these centers. read more

Get out of there. My daughter was delayed in walking and had to stay in younger room. The owner Ann Marie made heart breaking statement that "why your daughter not walking by 1?! She's got problem! We had to accommodate you all to have her and take up one spot!" How sad to hear such statement as a mother. You think my daughter did not want to walk like any other kids?! My child has been going to the childhood center for over a year now. We were at a different center before, and I am so glad we changed. What a world of difference. They truly do what they say they would - they focus on child development. This is the environment you need to give for your child to get a head start in life early on. My experience with the daycare was just over the phone, but the unprofessionalism of the person who answered the phone and the "second" person who answered the phone was enough to make me write a review. I called in asking if there were any available spots in their daycare for my child's age group. I was then placed on hold for about 4 minute (which feels like forever on the phone). The same person came back on the phone and told me that she couldn't give me that information because there may or may not be a spot, but she can tell me for sure once I come in for a tour. I agreed and attempted to schedule a tour. At that time they placed me back on hold for another 2 minutes and a different person picked up the phone. This person sounded much more knowledgeable but also told me she could not give me any information. So the only available tour times was at 10am Monday - Friday... in case they didn't realize... I need a daycare because I work full time and cannot take time off for a tour for a daycare with no availability. I told her this and she did not sympathize and said this was the only time, take it or leave it. I'm guessing this is why this place has "availability". Most highly sought after daycares in the Houston area have some sort of wait or are willing to tell you when their next availability for your age group is. I have never dealt with such secretive and adults who were so insensitive to another person's time. read more

I absolutely loved the Childhood Center, the staff, the director, and the owner. My little girl was 4 years old when enrolled. The classroom was big and organized. The teacher was amazing. My girl loved it there, and developed a close, loving relationship with the staff. The graduation ceremony for the kids moving on to Kindergarten was amazing, and the Childhood center event took photos of the kids in cap and gowns for the parents. It's the well thought ideas and gestures like this that made our time there so memorable. Their operations are aligned with other childcare facilities, and rules are clearly communicated. Communication was always good, and the school's standards operations were clearly laid out. It's too bad I moved across town because I would have LOVED to have my second child attend the Childhood Center. My daughter still talks about the staff, and we have nothing but fond memories. read more

My son has been at the Childhood Center his whole life -- 2 years. The teachers have always treated him kindly and he usually has no problem being dropped off in the morning. He actually clings to some of his teachers. This means a lot to me because it shows that he is comfortable being there. The only time I didn't like dropping him off was when he was starting to walk. He wouldn't stop for anybody and end up falling often. However, this is a generic concern for all parents. The center often updated me if he bumped his head or if he had any incidents in class. One time my wife didn't like that a plug was semi-exposed in one of the day-care rooms which connected to a small refrigerator. When we told the owner, they liked that we provided feedback and fixed it that day without question. We've had a good experience at this day-care. read more

The Childhood Center is a wonderful place. Both of my children go there. The hours are amazing for working professionals who have long days. The teachers really care about the children and infants. The Childhood Center works with new moms regarding feeding and nap schedules. The teachers expose infants to reading, songs, touch and play activities and "arts and crafts." Its very cute. They use an app that coordinates with parents so parents know what their infant is doing throughout the day. The older the child gets; the Childhood Center teaches them so much through STEM. My child knew his letters, numbers and even was adding and subtracting shortly after turning two. His teachers encourage STEM activities and dual language English and Spanish. Both of my children are happy and thriving at the Childhood Center. The building is a renovated shopping center, a little different, but it works perfectly during COVID as we were still able to drop off our children right at their class room door. The Childhood Center did an amazing job by complying with all the Covid restrictions and remained open during most of 2020, while other schools closed. Although the playground is small, I take comfort in the fact that the teachers are arms lengths away from the children, especially small toddlers. All the children still have tons of fun playing outside and even do water activities during the summer. The Childhood Center has been such a great experience and I couldn't recommend this place enough. read more

My daughter was one of the first babies enrolled at The Childhood Center and stayed through Pre-K. I didn't hesitate when my son came along. If I can't be with my babies, this was by far the next best thing. The staff took genuine interest in both kids and now that they have moved to the public school system, they are so far ahead of the curve. It's amazing, because they were never pushed or drilled - they were just exposed to so many fun lessons and interactive experiences that they absorbed tons and are really enjoying learning more. I am still in touch with staff at The Center and my kids ask to go visit all the time. It just doesn't get much better than that. read more

Unfortunately, my review of this daycare has changed based on my experience when withdrawing my daughter. Because of a disagreement I had with a staff member, our daughter was dismissed from the center with absolutely no notice--one day we dropped her off, and that evening when we picked her up, we were told she was not welcome to come back. The disagreement arose when I gave notice 30 days in advance of our withdrawal date, and I was told by a staffer that I would be charged for the current month and the month after. The front desk staffer and I had a disagreement about this policy, and I made it clear that we would not be paying tuition for an extra month after my daughter was no longer attending the day care. She said she would talk to the director, and I said that would be great. Problem solved, I thought. The next day, my husband picked up my daughter from day care only to be handed all of her things and a check for two months' tuition and told that she was being dismissed from the center. He was confused and asked why. The director told him that "your wife was abusive to one of our staff members." This is patently false; having a disagreement with someone is not "abuse." I did not yell, I did not curse, I did not call names. Apparently, if you express any disagreement with a policy of the Childhood Center, this is "abuse" that warrants immediate dismissal of your child the next day, without a warning and without any chance to make other child care arrangements. This callous disregard for a family that had been with them for nearly a year, over a simple disagreement, is simply shocking. I would speculate that once the Childhood Center realized that we were withdrawing our daughter, they were eager to give her spot to someone else and looked for any excuse, however flimsy, to remove her immediately, especially since August is the beginning of the school year and many people are looking for child care at this time. This is not the first time that the Childhood Center has shown itself to be petty and punitive toward parents. Earlier this year, all parents were suddenly made to sign a policy agreeing that we would pay a $5,000 "placement fee" if we hired one of their staff members away from the center to be our personal nanny. It would seem that this was sparked by an incident where a staff member was hired away from the center, they got angry, and decided to throw out this policy to the entire parent population of the center. It is a shame that our experience at the Childhood Center had to end this way; based on this, I wonder what other inappropriate and unreasonable practices I have been unaware of and cannot recommend that anyone send their child here. read more

My review is based off of the experience we had with this facility, and as such, ended up pulling our daughter out after 14 days. I would drop off my daughter at 7:30am and pick her up at 4:30pm, so my interaction with the teachers and my observations were only made in the early am and afternoon. First off, when I dropped my daughter off, at times, there seemed to be more children then teachers. The ratio should be 4 infants to 1 teacher but I noticed on a few occasions that this wasn't the case. Secondly, my husband dropped her off on one occasion and notified the teacher in the room that our daughter had a dirty diaper (which happened on the way to the facility). When we picked her up that afternoon, we saw on her schedule that her diaper wasn't changed until 40 minutes later, which is not acceptable to me. Another discomfort I experienced when I picked up my daughter, I had asked the teacher how her day went and the response I got was, "I don't know, I only got here an hour ago". Also, on another occasion, there was an infant lying on a boppy pillow. The infant had pushed himself with their feet, which caused their head to lay upside down. I did not see a teacher immediately aide the infant to bring their head to its upright position because one teacher was feeding the children and another was in a corner (not visible) changing diapers. I would get reports for my daughter that would show she did not take her bottle. Her sheets would report that it was 'attempted'. This was just another gage that I should follow my gut feeling about the facility. Just with these examples and my gut, I did not feel comfortable keeping my daughter in this facility. We've since enrolled her in another and she's adapted well and we love it! It would have been nice to receive our deposit back, but our child's well-being is more important. We asked if the policy could be bended and our communication with the director/owner was well...that's another story in itself I do not wish to bring up. I'll just say that it confirmed our decision. All in all, we weren't compatible with what this facility offered, so we did what was right for our daughter. Would I recommend this facility? My child is not enrolled at this daycare. My review is based solely on the treatment we received before we could even become clients. I scheduled a tour with them and last minute my spouse had some Work issues so we tried to change it the staff was not accommodating at all. From the attitude and rudeness just from my second call with them I was questioning even doing the tour. Nonetheless I'm looking for a good school for my LO and I've heard a few people say good things about this one. I toured the facility... And my first impression was unsanitary conditions. The entire school just felt and looked dirty. The ratios that were being stated was not what I was observing. The playground was not a place I would want my child spending her outside time in... A very poor excuse for a playground. I wouldn't be this judge mental but for the ridiculous tuition and deposits and other fees they ask for ... It just doesn't make sense to me why the school isn't more appealing. read more

My only complaint was the communication...or lack of. My son was in the infant class, and sickness is expected. However, not once did any emails, posts on the doors, etc happen when my son was sick. He had pink eye 3 times and hand foot mouth there. I notified the office, but as I indicated, nothing was posted to other parents. We did leave once the spot in the daycare we had been waiting on opened up. Teachers were great, my only complain was the lack of notifications to parents. My daughter has been attending The Childhood Center for a year and a half and we have throughly loved the center and the staff. My daughter has always loved all of her teachers and the owners of the center are there at least 4 days a week. The owners truly have each and every childs best interest at heart. The center has healthy meals catered in daily for the children. Since I work close by I am able to stop by at different times of the day and check on my daughter and she is always having a good time with the other children in her age group, whether they are outside playing or indoors finger painting. The Childhood center not only allows your child time to be a kid and have fun and play but they also educate them with a different lesson every day. read more

the worst day care in the area. Nothing that was promised at enrolling times: no satellite camera excess, no video recording, no individualized approach to each child only "minimum standard requirements"; no healthy freshly cooked meals - only cooked frozen foods. You have to point out dirty carpets, insects crawling on the countertops, dirty sinks prior to these being cleaned/taken care of. Children walk with runny noses, dirty dipers and so forse until you complain... The owner's solution is for you to lower your standards and to not complain because the serenity of the staff is way more important then your child's well being. Very high "teacher" turnover due to their dissatisfaction - their high standards got them fired. The owner is compulsive. They expect children 1.5 -2 y.o. child to run in case of fire! - the reason children must ware shoes at all times: when playing outside, during nap time and when there is an injury to the feet...Although supposedly there is signing in and out with fingerprints, the machine is also malfunctioning most of the time - children often checked out prior to you picking them up. Children play outside and sleep in the same shoes on that same dirty carpet! Very poorly ran business in general. All they have in favor is no waiting list (of course) and a nice location... There are a few nice caring teacher who most likely will not last, and the rest either doing their homework and seating in chairs without any involvement and/or interaction with children, or just on their phones - no wonder half of the times nobody notices how your child got a bruis or scratch or bite mark! And they will not take picture and fill out incident report unless there is major injury or blood loss to occur- well, you out of luck if your child doesn't' cry loud enough to attract their attention... Attention Parents!! This facility is toxic for you and your child.. I wanted to report the abuse, negligence and gross mishandling whereby my 4 year old child was slapped in the face by a member of the staff who despite complaints is still employed with this facility. We reported this incident to the Director of The Childhood Center and no action was taken at all. We offered the school the opportunity to remediate the situation by perhaps disciplining the staff member involved but in response it was proposed to me that my child be reassigned to a lower level class. Need-less to say, that was not an option I was willing to consider. Due to lack of dependability and demonstration of unethical behavior from the owner we decided that it was in our child's best interest to be removed from the facility. When we asked them to refund our tuition fee that was paid in advance to them, the Director tried to bribe us and told us that she can only give us our money back if we don't report this incident with anybody. At that point we were more concerned about the security of our child and all the other innocent children enrolled with them more than having our money back, so we walked out without it. Later when we tried to followed up with them regarding our hard earned money , we started receving threats from their lawyer and made the situation even worse for us..This facility is expensive and extremely unprofessional and their teacher/ child turnover rate is really very high. None of the teachers are highly qualified and dont have good enough experience. I regret that i didnt do a good research before enrolling my child with them. They care more about making money than the well being of your child..I would NOT recommend this to any parent/child. read more

This is the worst facility I have ever visited. I feel so sad every time I think of the unhappiness that I saw. There were babies crying alone and the worst, toddlers (around 22) in a room with one lady trying to navigate through them as they all reached up for food. The feeding was like a cattle call... In my opinion, it was just sad. I was granted a tour only after I gave the guy at the counter (Kristopher Micah) my check. this should have been a red flag. Long story short, don't hand over any money to Ann Marie or any of these people. Please don't make the same mistake we did-Spend a little bit more (if you can) and take your baby somewhere else. You won't regret it. Also, check the BBB for the history of this place. We lost our money (about 1200) to Ann Marie, so there is probably still a record of that.
