I signed up thinking that I would go to the salon a few times a month for manicures, pedicures, waxing, etc. However, I quickly realized that every time I go there the wait for service is 30 minutes or longer. It doesn't matter what time of the day or week that it is. I don't know how people have the time to wait so long for beauty appointments! I could see 10-15 minutes being ok - but 30 minutes to 60 minutes is unacceptable. Clearly, the salon does not have enough staff - so customers are expected to pay for this by spending their time waiting. As for the quality of their services. I had a bikini wax and an eyebrow wax one time (by a woman with blonde hair) that was excellent. Another time I had the "Relax Dos" massage which was not good...the person doing it obviously had no training; it was like a friend putting suntan lotion on your back. The third time I came was for a bikini wax (by a woman with black hair) that was very bad - she was rushing and doing everything in a rough manner...and my skin paid for it. Sadly, I was stupid enough to sign up for their membership...don't be as stupid as I was! In the future, I'm going to go to salons that have appointments, since this "Sans Rendezvous" business model does not seem to work well.
