After speaking with Tom (the owner) and signing the contract I asked if they would be able to complete a few additional jobs including putting aluminum cladding on front facia to my porch, removing an attic window replacing it with an attic vent and replacing the gutters and downspouts. Tom agreed that yes indeed they would be able to complete all the additional work. In addition to all that work his crew helped me in cutting down a couple of smaller trees and removed all of the debris as well as remove landscaping timber that I had removed from around a walkway. The service was fantastic and working with the crew was great. They really did go the extra step. They were SIX MONTHS LATE on the install and many of the cabinets have substantial defects including doors that hit each other when opened, riff cut oak color mis-matches, doors that are suppose to be the same size but are an inch plus off, cabinet doors that re not level, file cabinets with no interior hardware, drawers that cannot be opened because they hit the casing in 5 rooms. They made very amateur mistakes and are NOT QUALIFIED TO DO CUSTOM HOMES. I ORDER TO GET OCCUPANCY ON THE HOUSE I HAD TO LIVE IN THE BASEMENT AND USE THE SMALL KITCHEN IN THERE FOR THREE MONTHS!!! AS OF MARCH 15TH 2025...7 MONTHS LATER...NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. I have been reaching out by phone and email for 7 months and have been completely ignored. They have been paid in full...because they threatened to leave me with only the boxes installed and walk off the job supposedly weeks before move in. So I paid in full to get them to come back rather than hire someone else (would have delayed living in my house (other than in the basement) at least another six months. I am still considering court action. There is a massive amount of rework needed...on the order of $50,000. As a member of the National Association of Home Builders do NOT use this vendor.

When it was time to move on to other parts of the project, the quality of the cabinet installation was the anchor for aligning the woodwork, tile, and flooring in the rest of the room.
