To put in perspective: Home Depot installed the highest end Simonton windows possible with the specs requested and came in at around $7k installed. Which means that HomeSealed has excessive profits padded in. So...if you don't care about the money side, they might be perfectly fine to work with as a local outfit. EDIT: laminated was requested as a cost compare option, not a requirement. Even if laminated were a requirement, Home Depot's was still cheaper by over $3k. Fact is - as we said - HomeSealed is just priced higher because they don't use every manufacturer, they only use the ones they use, which tend to lean the higher cost. That's what we said: they might be fine at their job and you might want the best of whatever, maybe they're fine. BUT...if you're like 95% of homeowners who feel that significant pricing differences for basic things like colors is illogical, HomeSealed isn't for you.

The day of my roof installation Zion and the install crew showed up well before the planned start time and rocked it out. Their attention to detail, teamwork and final cleanup was more than what I expected and exceeded the experience that I had 23 years ago with a previous roofing company. The next day the crew returned for gutter and downspout installation. Also, I'd like to give a shout out to Jason who takes quality to the next level. Great job! My new roof looks great.

I get shit comes up though.He blamed my gutters at first because they are the old medal gutters but still perform decently. The area where the issue was never dripped before but he insisted it was the gutters. He sent his 2 A team guys the 3rd attempt and fixed it and no more waterfall. I don't have a pic of the fix but it obviously works. When I get up there I'll add it. I'd recommend him, even though there were some hiccups. That's business and with a bunch of young guys. The main problem was my insurance company and Mortgage companies ineptness that prompted unnecessary stress between myself and Dave which lead to some disagreement's. After he saw what I was dealing with it's all good. A matter a fact I'm still dealing with it with delays of not only payment from my insurance to Dave but unknown expenses we were never told by Liberty. Stay Away from them, communication is non existent and lies after lies. The cleanup was horrendous, I'm still picking up nails and as you read, he still blames the gutters.

Amount taken was 1/2 the cost. before he got the check he was answering his phone and email, after his phone was disconnected and he will not respond to emails. I rate him less than minus 100 as he ripped off an elder. if anyone knows where he is please let me know ASAP, as we need address to take him back to small claims court. I will not recommend Nevilles because of their poor customer service. I don't appreciate being lied to that they would be here on a certain day and not show up or even given the courtesy of a phone call. At one point we were apparently scheduled for a Wednesday that we weren't aware of and the day before we got a phone call telling us we would be rescheduled for 2 weeks later. i could understand being pushed back one day , but 2 weeks!
