I was so pissed at the experience I called another store to complain to the other store's manager because I felt whoever managed the Emporia location was too incompetent to comprehend my complaint & have yet to receive that phone call in over 10 days. They did have a store policy that would not let me purchase a long gun since I am from Colorado. Other neighboring states are fine. Just not Colorado. Cal-ranch has the same policy. Wish that policy was different, but a great addition to Emporia.
