I called Brown's and got Arron Otto. Arron offered to go to the nurseing home and measure his feet. Arron then called and told me he had to order the shoes. The shoes came in on time and Arron went out and made sure they fit correctly. What a huge help this was to me. Much more to the story and interaction but will never do business with Furniture Loft again as long as Tim is the manager. Try to shop local but can get a lower price and just as bad service from a big box store.
