Called a couple repair shops close by the first didn't work on diesels the second might not be able to get to it for a few days. Saw Saracino automotive Diesel repair on line. I called they said if I get the truck to them they would see what they can do. They gave me the Tow service they use. Got towed to their shop and the Tow driver said that Saracino's is really good with Powerstroke Diesel's. After diagnoses said they should be able to get it fixed for me. After the parts arrived and a few hours later I was ready to get back to my trip. How can any shop not be rated the best when they fit you in while you're traveling. Then after weeks of trying to take it in to them they made a appointment with me to take it back to them..... took it in to them promised me they would look at it and fix the issue and I called later in the day and the guy said he doesnt know when he will be able to get to it them knowing I use this truck for business use and them promising they would look at it that day and see what is going wrong with it.... But nope very rude guys gave them my money and once they had it they could care less.... Stay away from this shop very disappointing how people could be like this.
