My 2008 RoadTrek Sprinter Van RV met its match with a low railroad bridge in Montana. Much damage - to the van, the top mounted equipment, AC, awning, vents, etc. According to several estimators and the insurance company, the van was totalled due to the cost of removing and re-installing cabinetry. Unwilling to go that route, I worked with Allen at Diversified to plan a repair that begain with me stripping the interior of the RV and turning the van over to Diversified for the body work, reinstallation of the AC, etc. Despite the COVID pandemic, the repairs were done essentially on-time, on-budget, and to a quality level appropriate for the van. The new paint work was better than the Mercedes factory job. Working with Allen was a joy also as he knows the RV repair business, has awesome new facilities, and brought a number of good suggestions on how to best get the van back in service without over-investing in a middle-aged RV. I'm happy to have the van correctly repaired and reassembled. My wife has allowed me out of the dog house now that I've repaired the damage I did to her favorite toy. read more

I brought my RV in to have the bumper removed and replaced with a 4"x4" steel tube to hold the sewer hose. I was so impressed with the friendly professionalism from the first call. When I arrived for my appointment, Alan greeted me in the parking lot, stated what options may be required and provided two price quotes. He was accommodating and compassionate due to my disability. Their facility was immaculate and extremely well managed. Brent was my service technician and ended up having to weld rather than bolt on the replacement. He did a perfect weld that was perfectly straight and even ground down his weld seams. Brent also provided a piece of adhesive sand paper that I could add later once it was primed and painted for safety. The best part was the bill! The final cost was considerably less than their initial quote. A first for me when dealing with any type of vehicle service. We had a fantastic experience at this shop today. We were having a problem with our RV awning. We brought it by for Alan to have a look at and give us an estimate. Due to very fortunate timing, he was able to give us an estimate, and then immediately get our rig in for Mike to repair it. Alan proceeded to take some time out of his day to show us around the shop to give us an idea of the sort of work they do on different emergency vehicles, semis, and RVs. Very interesting. After less than two hours, Mike brought our repaired RV out, and proceeded to explain the work he did which included reinforcing the awning to make it stronger than it was prior to being broken. He also took extra time to answer our questions about RV maintenance. These questions we had were not pertinent to the awning, but Mike was very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge to help us keep our RV in tip top shape. Both men went way above and beyond what I consider good customer service, and I appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. The women working up front at the counter were also very professional and friendly. The cost of our repair was extremely reasonable. To say that repair and paint job were immaculate would not do the job they did on the rig justice. It was absolutely perfect. Urea low season so we e weren't planning on using the rig anyway. Allen kept us appraised and up-to-date with everything. You'll love Allen. He's very personable and I've never met anyone who knows more about RV's than Allen. He gave us soud advice about what to do with our RV so that we could match the paint and decals at a later date despite any loss in color. I had damage on my 5th wheel rv trailer when a tire blew out destroying one compartment and compartment door plus another brace. The trailer being a 2002 Newmar parts wasn't available even in the salvage yards. I took it to Diversified and Allen gave me an estimate he kept me informed all the way and emailing pictures on the progress. Bret the technician had to fabricate the door being a challenge since the door was curved. Two attempts he produced a perfect one. The paint and body work all look original. I didn't think I would ever have a compartment again the way the tire destroyed it all. Don't stand behind their work !!!! They made several thousands of dollars in paint repairs to my full body painted RV. One of the areas has started to peel but they won't fix it. Said they would sand it down to be sure it was an area they repaired even though I have the receipt and you can see it's the area they repaired because the color match on the paint was poor. Took them forever to return my call to tell me i'd have to pay after they sanded it down if it wasn't their fault. Took my complaint to the owner and he wouldn't even let me talk, kept talking over me and butting in and when I got mad and asked if I could have time to speak he hung up on me.
