I especially did not appreciate the no call- no show on the day that we did schedule them to come. In response to this, I asked for a price reduction and reschedule and instead of a professional response something along the lines of, "Unfortunately, at this time that is the lowest price we can offer" I was met with a verbatim, "Absolutely not. Our price is already so low that it's almost not even worth it for us to do the job." and I replied with, "well if that is how you feel, I will find someone else for the job. So I will.

We were missing a a number of shingles and heard Coldstream Exteriors provided quality service and…read moreworkmanship as well as working well with insurance companies. After talking to a few companies, we went with Coldstream for the estimate and ultimately the job. Insurance covered a few slopes, but not a full replacement, however we had them do a full replacement to get it done now and not worry about it again. Coldstream was in constant communication with us and the insurance company to try and get us the best value for what was being covered. After the job was completed their crew did an amazing job cleaning up, it was like they were never here! No flat tires for this neighborhood!
