Not only did he make himself available anytime, but he went above and beyond what any realtor is known to do. Let me explain. Our inspection came back with some chipped paint, which isn't uncommon. The buyers, God bless them where willing to let it go, but their lender required it to be fixed before the loan would be approved. This was bad news for us because I had already started my new position about 4 hours away. Not to mention, it was about 15-25 degrees in the 3 day window we had to get it fixed. Here is where the legend of Noe Favela was born. I had told my wife I was going to make the drive back over the weekend and try and get it fixed, I let Noe in the loop as well. My wife texts me around 6:00 (it's already dark outside) to let me know the Noe was outside on a latter scraping all of the paint along our gutters. Obviously, I was surprised by his incredible act of kindness. I thought it would likely end there! I was wrong. For nearly three days, Noe came by whenever he could. Whether between showings or other meetings, he was always so faithful to lend a helping hand. He even came out in his suit and tie. It didn't matter. He just wanted to help.
