I get a call the next day from Glen saying my car needs a motor fan . He would have to order this part. So he put the fan in the car, but does not refill my air conditioner, he states the car has a mechanical problem. I paid him160.00 dollars for a refill that I did get . I took the car to elite to get an air conditioning refill . They told me that there was no mechanical problem. So I paidElite145.87 . I went back to Glen transmission business. I asked him for a refund. I should not have to pay for a service that I didn't receive. He called me a FB , and walked away. Now the motor fan , on July 26, 2024 , Glen put my motor fan in my car. On the day I was supposed to bury my grandson, I took my 2018 Encore to Elite. I asked Seth from Elite if they could take a look at the car . The car was not running smoothly. The mechanics said this car needed a motor fan . I told them and had the receipt from Glen when the motor fan was replaced. I asked Seth if he could call Glen about the problem. Seth thought the motor fan should be in warranty, but Glen didn't call back. I also called about the motor fan 9/15/2025 to Glen business, no reply. Glen obviously doesn't take care of his customers! I am a senior citizen, who Glen has taken advantage of! I paid a total of 451.50 for a A/C refill which I didn't get ! A defective motor fan which no one wants to take care of! I did not understand as I had a big puddle and for sure this was going to cost alot of money like something had blown a gasket or oil pan had a hole but Jason truthfully told me it was a loose air filter and just charged me for the oil. I had a hole rusted through my exhaust that needed replaced. Before they did any work I was told it would be "around $90". I said lets do it. almost exactly 1 hour later the work was done and my car sounded good as new. When filling out the invoice they put $85, after tax my bill came out to $91.16. I am very very pleased with the service I received and will come back here for service in the future.

We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him

So I'll start from the beginning. I took my truck to get inspection. They said I needed cam an lifters . Got the quote 6400 dollars. I had to get a loan on my 401K to pay that . I'm not rich, I'm a single father raising my son on my own. With no help from his mom. So back to the truck. They Performed the service an 3 days after I got it back, I had to take it back. Same problem same noise. They said they heat treat the lifters an must not gotten all the air out . So they Warranted out the job. Got the truck back an it sounded better till it didn't. Noise came back. So I just kept driving it . I was upset and felt like they wouldn't do anything for me anyway. Well one morning I started it an I had enough. Called them told me to bring it back. Had it for 3 weeks . Then they tell me it's the bottom end making noise. I was like no way so they suggested to do a oil sample so he did an sent it out. 10 days later oil sample came in and said normal. Mmmm so they asked to pull the oil pan , I said yes . Yep you guessed it. They said there is lots of metal in there. I'll need a new motor. So before they Comment back to this review.They'll say they quoted me a motor and that was only because we were talking about the on demand delete. That was when the worked on my truck The very first time. So Most recent time my truck was there. I have a dash cam turns on when the truck turns on my truck was sitting out in front of the shop. As their people was under the hood, listening to a run, and one technician stated. On camera that I told Tyler when it first came here and before we warranted out the second time that it was a lower end noise. So when I reviewed the camera and listened to that, so did they first misdiagnose my truck? And it didn't need $6400 in lifters and cam, and we could have saved this whole headache from the get-go or is it the cam lifter's still making the noise and they just don't want to warranty out or repair my truck. Mind you, the whole time my truck is there. It's recording off and on when they're in moving it and bringing it into shop up until the day they take it in to remove the oil PAN to see if there's any metal in it and Lord to behold, my camera was unplugged that day. I find that Suspicious. I have all the footage. And I have multiple videos from the very first service until my very last service of my engine, making noise documented by timestamps. I totally regret taking my truck there. I've had a very bad experience with service that i have received. I won't recommend that place to anyone anymore. 6400 dollars wasted . To some people it's nothing. But not to me . I had to work myself to death just to get that money. And still ended up where I started.
