had twice were they messed up on work on my car. both time they argued that it was other thing that…read morecaused it and was not there fault. first was simple they were to replace the head light when they got done the head light was way out of alignment. took it back to get it adjusted they say that the whole light assembly was bad and needed to take it to a body shop since the whole assembly was bad and needed replaced. took it to another shop they said the bulb was only half put in the seated it fully was fine. this time took in for oil change left there shop car started clattering and stopped. called them they told me that this car had a lot of defective engines and it was not there problem. took it to dealer for them to look at it they said the oil filter was half on, the drain plug was about to fall out and there was only 1 quart of oil in the engine.

T & D gave the lowest estimate, by far: labor rates for the other auto places were above $124 per hour; T&D is a single mechanic operation and I had reliable work done at this location over a decade before. The owner was honest, did what he said he would do and was flexible and accommodating. The work was done well and quickly; the alternator, water pump, radiator fan and timing belt were all replaced.
