I texted on a weekend and was truly surprised to get a response within an 1hr (I doubt they were open) from Brian at their shop with a very reasonable estimate on the repair. When I received the repaired rim, having had other rims repaired by different facilities, I was amazed at the repair job. Very disappointed with my experience at Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists…read more I brought my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate in for wheel repair, and after several days with little communication, I picked it up to find that the one wheel they "repaired" actually looked worse than it did before I brought it in--even after paying for the service. I sent photos and videos to one of their employees, who even admitted the workmanship looked bad. When I tried to get rescheduled to have it fixed and finish the rest of the wheels, they told me they were "too busy" and tried to push me out THREE WEEKS. That's completely unacceptable considering the poor quality of work they delivered in the first place. A reputable business should stand behind their work and make things right quickly--not make customers wait weeks to fix their mistakes. Between the poor workmanship and lack of urgency to correct the issue, this is not a company I would recommend.
