The lemon pizza featured lemon flavor, of course, but it was perfectly balanced with the flavors of the smoked mozzarella, basil, arugula, and EVOO! The Beef Marsala was rich, but not too rich, in flavor with very tender pieces of beef braised in a red wine reduction and accompanied by mushrooms, creme fraiche, basil, mozzarella, and a delicious Marsala demi drizzle The crust on both was perfectly crispy with a slight chew. They call it Roman style pizza, in that the dough is made fresh in-house in the same manner the traditional Roman pizza (think thick, rectangular pizza) dough is made, but as a "pie" shape, you get a light, crunchy edge and crispy thin crust. It was unlike anything I've had in the Milwaukee area. My friend and I also started with glass of Macedonian pinot noir and finished with a traditionally small pour of Vin Chaud, which is similar to mulled wine. Both were fantastic! There are some gems in Elkhart Lake, and Harry's is one of them. I highly recommend you add Harry's to your list when in or near Elkhart Lake. If seated at the bar, you can order there, otherwise there is a station where you can order and then head to a table to wait for your food or wait to grab carryout.
