Had no rent for all that time, plus could not find a new tenant without lower rent from $6000 to $4900. We did not approve these terms but Reddick put them into a year lease anyway. Told the management agreement allowed them to make that decision? The staff turn around has been on going, every 3-4 months there is a new person in charge.
