Their diligence in combing the available inventory for the list of "must haves", plus and their on-going communications to keep me in the loop of activities through the buying process made this purchase occur without any hitches or delays. They're dedicated in finding the home that makes you "sparkle" is endless. 1) Teri and Doug are local folks, having grown up here gives them a vast knowledge of the Sequim area, old and new neighborhoods, rules, and regulations, they are a gold mine of information. 2) Purchasing a home in this competitive market required writing an offer to win out all others but not overpricing the home. Teri is brilliant at this, the strategy used provided me the best opportunity. 3) Teri is personable, likes to get to know you and what your desires are in a home, she is honest, straightforward, and dedicated to ensuring you have all the information needed to make this big decision. I think she gets as much joy out of finding the perfect home as the person does in buying it. 4) Being a key resource in the area, Teri can provide a buffet of resources for the little and big jobs that the new homeowner may need down the road. I am so fortunate to had them as relators, and an on-going friend in Sequim.

Buying a house is a major lifetime purchase for many of us and it comes with a lot of anxiety about spending so much money. Teri gave us such good advice and was always there to answer questions. She knows a lot of good people for inspection and repairs who we used on both houses. Her expertise in presenting our home for sale led to many qualified offers and we were able to close the sale quickly. On top of all that Teri and Doug are such pleasant and generous people-- it made the house buying and selling process much easier.

I've had a housekeeper for over a year and gave her the list of cleaning they expected. I asked to do a walk through after moving out, which they refused to do. My housekeeper did an exemplary cleaning job and yet they allegedly had to hire Clean by Carly to come in and clean. A 875 Sq ft one bedroom house that was empty and clean allegedly took 6 hours at $40 an hour to clean! Not a chance it took that long. My housekeeper is willing to testify in court as to the condition of the house, should I choose to go that route. They also hired a carpet cleaner, the same one they REQUIRED me to use earlier in the year. He allegedly said there was dog urine on the carpet and it required 2 ozone treatments. My dogs NEVER urinated in the house. My housekeeper will also testify to that. STAY CLEAR OF ANY PROPERTY THEY RENT! They are jerks when you ask them questions, they accuse you of things that are not your issues, and they keep your money. Additional issue the FHA had to step in on: I have 2 emotional support dogs. When I was renting, they had a form which was ILLEGAL, for my doctor to sign saying she would testify in court if it became necessary, that my dogs were emotional support animals! I was told by the FHA that they had issues in the past with Landmark and they had just re-educated them but would go in and re-educate them again. These people think they're above reproach. If everything looked good then maybe we'd think about buying. We ended up falling in love with Sequim and found a property that met the vast majority of our long laundry list of "gotta haves". We only had four days in Sequim and Lori was available at all times for us. She was ever cheerful, always helpful, dependably knowledgeable...if she didn't know something she fully researched the answer for us right away...and worked her craft with an attention to detail rarely found. Her people skills are fabulous and that opened the door to important information from sellers and neighbors we would not have been able to obtain on our own or even have known to ask about. Lori's follow up was top notch and that's hugely valuable in ensuring a good outcome. She worked tirelessly to protect our interests and we ended up with a beautiful property at a good price....and a new friend. :-) In our opinion, buying property in Sequim as a non-resident absolutely requires an expert at the wheel and Lori has our vote hands down. Blue Sage was there to help set things up and prepare and maintain the rentals which provided a huge relief for me. When I do make it to WA to visit, Kathryn is always receptive to meeting to discuss how they are doing, ways to improve the properties not only for me but for the vacationers and long-term tenants. Communication is outstanding. Blue Sage is ALL about communication! In fact, the entire team especially Kathryn and her staff are in constant contact. If I need something fixed they are on it. If I have to send something to a property and it needs to be assembled and brought over, they're on it. If I have questions on any of the financial side of things, it does not fall on deaf ears. Our communications have always included a sense of humor and are always pleasant. I wouldn't deal with a company any other way. In reading my reviews, I know my short-term rental guests have been very satisfied with their communication if an issue came up. In fact, just recently with the big snowstorm, the Blue Sage team was out there shoveling snow for the guests so they could either come or go easily and safely. On a side note, I usually keep quiet in these snake pits but for the individual who seems to think the PPP loans have something to do with tenants paying their rents... You really need to do your research because one has nothing to do with the other. How did you feel about the baseball and football hall of fame receiving all that welfare, taxpayer money. None of this is appropriate. Bottom line, I'm very happy with Blue Sage and will continue to partner with them with my current and future properties.

I call that honorable. I speak from experience, having been in the real estate business 22 years in California, having seen dozens of agents misrepresent their expertise and hurt their clients because of it ... that's why I simply adore this woman and how experienced & knowledgeable she is & how well she handled ALL aspects of the sale of my waterfront property in Sequim Washington. How lucky was I ... living in Arizona and owning a piece of land in Washington State that I needed to sell (NOW) and at the mercy of any supposed experienced Washington State agent who gives me the story they believe I want to hear in order to get my listing. (which happened to me twice) & though I have never met her face to face, I received Gold Star treatment and weekly updates. This treatment in comparison to the realtor I had the year before who not only outright lied to me but gave me no indication she was anything but a fraud. So from the bottom of my heart, Thanx Trisha !!! Anybody who has you list or represent them otherwise in a real estate transaction is truly blessed...just like I was. JC Scott Mesa, AZ

Dear Potential Buyer/Seller, Whenever I find an exceptional…read moreservice provider, I always want to share that "find" with others. In 2019, I decided to sell my parents' house on Diamond Point, a secluded area 10 miles east of Sequim, WA. Their house was built in 1980 and was in its original condition. The problem was I live in San Diego, CA 1100 miles away. I went online, researched realtors in the Sequim area and developed a short list of names to interview. I flew up and conducted personal interviews; one realtor stood out - Ms. Trisha Cobb. She showed up for the interview with a property analysis and clearly demonstrated her knowledge of the local real estate market; she was my first choice and hired on the spot. My initial approach was to sell the property "as is" and not put any money into improving its appearance. Trisha convinced me to make some modest upgrades and helped develop a budget to accomplish those improvements. In addition to being an outstanding realtor, Trisha also has impressive interior design knowledge/experience. Fortunately, for me, I put my complete trust in Trisha and went along with all her upgrade recommendations -- the end results were amazing -- the new interior appearance looked phenomenal. Here is the best part, Trisha had a list of vendors/contractors that accomplished all the improvements at a fair price, in an expeditious manner and within budget. Okay, now all the improvements/upgrades have been completed. It is the end of November and the house was put on the market. My first thought was the house will not sell until the summer. Well, the property had been on the market less than two weeks when we received a very competitive offer, which we accepted. The sale closed one month after the property went on the market. As a long distance client, Trisha Cobb met or exceeded all my expectations; many times, she went above and beyond to get the property ready for market. Over my lifetime I have worked with numerous realtors, and Trisha is unquestionably the BEST - head and shoulders above all others. If you are a buyer or a seller, you can put your complete trust in Trisha. She is hard working, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable, and has a superb design sense. Select Trisha to represent your real estate interests - you won't be disappointed! Richard Haas
