There are a few cuts in areas that are not symmetrical side to side, but not awful. There are a few uneven spots in the driveway, as well as at the bottom, that puddle a bit of water that could not be seen when the job was being done. Also, not awful. Then there are two areas along the sidewalk where water puddles which will be a problem for ice when the time comes. I mentioned this to Drew when the job was being done and he said it was because the sidewalk had sunk a bit. I thought, well maybe, let me see it when everything is settled and wait for rain. Well, it's not that at all. It's because the asphalt is raised over the lip of the sidewalk in those areas which then collects water. The sidewalk was never flat to the stone driveway we had previously so I blame myself for not making a point of that to Drew before the job. But then again, in my opinion, the asphalt should not be over the lip of the sidewalk in some areas and not others. In other words, make it even or lower the asphalt along the sidewalk to avoid any puddling. This is not to give a bad review. It is to point out details that others may not think about when looking to do a project like this. Drew has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He was very polite, interesting in conversation and followed through on everything. The crew worked VERY WELL together, very efficient. They left us nothing to have to clean up which was a big plus. Drew and both of Mickey's sons, who were also very engaging with us about the job, were on the job on work day . Several neighbors have made nice comments on the driveway as well as several others stopping in their cars to admire, make comments and take a picture of the sign in the yard, so hopefully more jobs were created for Mickey's Asphalt. I did give a good word for those that asked me about Mickey's service. Overall, we are happy with the job. Price was reasonable.

He also changed the agreement terms and bumped up the up front money. Then he claimed he lost his wallet and I needed to stop payment on my deposit check, which cost me $30. His crew was disrespectful of our plants and grass and shrubs. They burned grass and plants when patching driveway, they trampled 3 of my wife's flower gardens. We had to pick up cigarette butts every time they came to start some work. The only work they completed was a concrete slab to repair my front walk, and poured a concrete patio. The patio was finished incorrectly as it was brushed instead of smooth, and it was not colored as requested. The Trex portion of the patio was also started and was done incorrectly, they screwed the boards into 24" supports, right up against one another. Trex needs to be installed with 3/16 spaces and use Trex connectors, and supports should be no more than 16" apart. The railings were installed, with a flimsy single bolt into the concrete, and could be knocked over by a 5 year old. And the garage apron that was being repaired was so screwed up the original issue was better than after they tried to fix it,, I had to fire his company with virtually nothing completed. This was over a period of 3 months. Then when I fired him, his crew took pieces of the railing that I had paid for and anything left over. I CAlled him and he told me they took what he had paid for in hopes to get refund from where he purchased some items. DO NOT HIRE THIS CROOK! You would only be throwing your money away like I did. I had to hire a new contractor that actually laughed at the quality of construction that he was seeing as he was demolishing most of the work that had been done by Peter Petrovich and Petro's Paving

It's been four months since they started the job and over two months since they dug it up. They have made zero effort to correct their mistakes.
