The change in time was made and questions were answered about my insurance. My preliminary appointment was set for 2 PM. I was in before the scheduled time. Can you imagine that in the Valley? A place that uses real time. Extraction day came and I was met by Kathy, Dr. Reed's nurse. She is professional and enjoys her job through actions and words. Dr. Reed set up my IV. I was so impressed that he was able to poke the vein first try. Then it was over. My tooth was out. Directions were given along with followup appointment date. One week later I went for the followup. Again I was in before scheduled time. This is a very professional business with a light hearted atmosphere. Everyone I encountered at this office was polite and happy. It was a pleasure to do business here.

So I had them prop my chair. The contraption for my jaw for that long caused me jaw pain for the next few days. Well they wanted me to leave a review right after procedure. Are you kidding? I just want to go home and rest after this. After months of dealing with them and my insurance, found out they were not in network but I still have great dental insurance. They overcharged me at appt and I paid it-- I just wanted it done. Well that was in October and today after receiving another statement from my dental insurance my portion was not supposed to be that much. When I call, Sandra said we had cleared the account so that you don't owe us anything. I told her we had been talking about this several times now and I was due a refund!!! They ran it through insurance twice for some reason citing that the wrong doctor was on the paperwork. However MetLife ran it with correct dentist. They also charged a $390 crown build up and I didn't even go in with a crown on!! False practices here, will let my insurance know they are double dipping.
