We call and talk to a guy( I think name was Brandon but I'm not sure ) and was very rude about it and said it wasn't covered in the warranty. After being on the phone for a while they finally came to their senses. Living in the area most of my life people have always had good things to say about Luedtke electric, but not today. What good is a company or business that won't even honor a warranty for a brand new home that's less than 9 months old. If we ever get a new home or decide to move again...
