After you walk in there is no greeting but a sign on the door asking you to sit and wait for someone. It was a bit creepy but after a few minutes, I did knock because I think customers should be acknowledged. Owner stated she would examine skin and recommend microderm or microderm and peel. She cleaned the skin and began the process. The microderm, in my opinion, was sub par. The machine she had seemed weak and barely removed any dead skin. She did not clean the entire face as expected. The left side was skimmed over and she did not come close to hair line. Just not a good experience for me but worth the 24.80 I paid since groupon was having a sale which she was unaware of and did not like the low amount. Maybe that affected the treatment, I wish it would not have because I actually liked her personality. I would have returned if the treatment was better because I prefer to take care of my skin but I will not return there.
