I have no complains however one lady not sure her name she was very fast and when I mean fast it was aggressive and left me with hurting/ sore brown than the usual. Not to mention left one brow thinner than the other.. I know that brow threading comes with soreness/ redness after but this time felt different and sore to the touch.. so just find your new person out of the ladies that work here because it will not always be consistent.

As a man, I like my eyebrows to stay thick and natural, not thin and not shaped like a woman's eyebrows. I even showed her a picture of a man with thick eyebrows so there would be absolutely no confusion. Despite that, she completely ignored my instructions and ended up messing up one of my eyebrows by making it thinner than I asked for. When I pointed it out, instead of listening or acknowledging the mistake, she started arguing with me and insisting that I was the one who was wrong. That level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If you're providing a service, the bare minimum is to listen to your customer and respect what they ask for. Instead, she kept contradicting me and making excuses instead of taking responsibility. I went there because of the positive reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. She clearly does not listen to customers and does not know how to handle eyebrows for men. I would not recommend this place at all. I didn't let her finish my other eyebrow and left without paying, never coming back and glad of what I did.

I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I felt that a lot of places doing waxing had not got my eyebrows as perfectly arched and balanced as i liked, so I decided to go back to threading. She did a really great job on balancing them out equally and on the shaping. I am extremely happy with the threading results!! Preet also does hair and I talked about some issues I've been experiencing and we had an interesting discussion of possibilities. She gave me her opinions on a couple things and the result was that I told her to get out her scissors and cut it to the length she thought would best suit me. You know, I think she was right and I felt much better walking out of the salon. Looking forward to my next visit.

Let's be honest, threading can feel like rapid torturous skin scraping. Preet has a way of minimizing pain. Preet is also very diplomatic. If I'm curious about a service, but she thinks it won't suit me, she'll say so and decline. Her salon is on a busy corner in Copperfield. Once inside, it's nice and quiet and chill. Usually no wait time.

Nope she then says " like it looks like you gained body weight", at this moment I get up and start walking out and I hear her talking to this other super skinny girl who works and Nadia says " oh I guess she didn't like that". Girl let's be so for real! What do you mean I didn't like that! Why would you even mention anyways body weight?? Or let alone tell a woman about her own body? I just find it outrageous that Nadia mentioned body weight or my body in general! That is super weird behavior!! Unprofessional and inappropriate behavior for older women! I also got my upper lip threaded and that was the smoothest less painful upper lip and brow threading I've ever had! The staff is very friendly and it's very clean.
