I visited the Pima Community College East Campus Passport Services to renew my daughter's passport…read more I thought I had everything prepared--birth certificate, Social Security card, and her old passport--but I forgot the check for payment. Thankfully, the staff member assisting us was incredibly compassionate and patient. She kindly waited while my husband went to a nearby Fry's to get a money order. On top of that, we forgot about the photo dress code and my daughters were wearing white. Without hesitation, the staff member generously let us borrow her black cardigan so the photos could be accepted. This level of kindness and professionalism is what exceptional customer service looks like. She went above and beyond her duties, and we are very grateful. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so much smoother!

What in the absolute hell. It's January 6th and I've been going back and forth with them since…read morebefore thanksgiving to try to transfer from another college and register for classes. The downtown campus isn't allowing advisors on-site...so the only way to speak with them is via email. The advisor I spoke to takes days to respond and here I am again waiting on hold to speak with someone because she hasn't gotten back to me again. Anytime I've called I've gotten a different answer or someone who can't answer a simple question. I've never had the runaround like I have received at pima. Staying one semester and going back to my old school. I understand Covid has made things difficult but pima is going out of their way to make things challenging. If students and others are allowed on campus why aren't advisors when it's the main time of year they are needed?
