The entire staff of stylists are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I've never had a bad experience there, especially with Shane working my head over with his scissors and his confidence. Conveniently located I highly recommend Scissor Sound. read more

I showed Cindy a picture of what I wanted done for my hair color, purple, and it came out very maroon. I asked for all over color and she left a big chunk of My hair uncolored underneath. When I called to see when I could go in for them to fix it, there are no available appointments until next week, so I'm stuck with maroon hair for over a week And I've been told they Can't take my hair back to its natural color. read more

My mom recently moved to the area and was looking for a new salon. She was happy she found Scissor Sound, Savannah was her stylist, she's a gem and did a fabulous job! It's a friendly salon with a great atmosphere and excellent prices. read more

I went to Scissor Sound for a mani/pedi, full-body massage & tanning. Shawanda was very friendly, kind and fun to talk to. She is primarily a masseuse and is very passionate & enthusiastic about her work. She loves her job so much that she gave me a hand & foot massage with the mani/pedi, which I wasn't expecting. She also gave me a full-body massage, which combined the techniques of a swedish massage, therapeutic massage and reflexology. She worked specifically on muscles that were tight & tender, but not to the point of causing extreme pain. She worked out the tension without causing more tension due to pain, and so I left feeling very relaxed and that the massage accomplished something. The prices are also very reasonable and the other staff members are also very friendly. read more
