I was in town with my sisters having a girls relaxing trip at the lake house. We decided to go to a salon for a little pampering. Seemed like a warm and friendly local place. Lots of regulars coming in for appointments with their ladies. I lucked up with a very hasty and rushed nail tech....younger slim woman with a brownish ponytail. She told me to have a seat after a woman got up and I politely asked her to wipe the area first. I was not happy with the level of cleanliness. I'm a bit excessive but I didn't feel comfortable on a basic level. She did not wash her hands after the last customer and before serving me. She did not wear gloves. The supplies were pulled out of the drawer and quickly wiped with a cotton ball and sanitizer instead of taking them out of the uv sanitizing machine. I asked about the utensils and she replied "You don't need to worry about that, everything clean". It was a Saturday. They were busy. People were piling up at the door. She was even standing while painting my nails; obviously trying to hurry and get me out of the chair. I asked her if she would wash her hands after i went to wash mine and she had gone to prepare a foot bath for a pedicure and cash someone out (handling money) but she responded "why? I still work on you". Her energy was rushed and unwelcoming. She was very snappy and at this point I suppose I had offended her buy asking her several things cleaning related. Her hands were sticky. Her own nails were not done and had scraps of polish speckled here and there. I was ready to leave immediately. My sisters were engaged in conversation with their nail techs and seemed to be enjoying themselves. I attempted to make small talk and mentioned how busy they were but she just looked at my nails and kept working saying "it's Saturday." I got a basic $20 manicure with clear polish. Didn't want to spend a dime more with that service. Overall not the cleanest and the main nail tech, i heard someone call her Tina, not very friendly. She was the apple who spoiled the bunch for me. read more

I do not recommend this nail salon. Shoddy work. The tech did not ensure full coverage of each nail with nail polish. A more assertive individual with more time may have insisted on a redo or refused to pay. read more

We went for my step sisters birthday one of our friends recommended going here so we thought we would go. We walked in and it was really bad the people where not really nice and had a bad attitude, everything was scattered everywhere and smelled horribly. They had terrible customer service. The chairs were torn and beat up like they got it off the side of the rode. The bowl where you put your feet in looked like it has not been cleaned in ages.I do not recommend going,overall it was just a bad experience and we will never go again. read more

I love this place. Everytime I'm in town (we visit family here and are from the Charlotte, NC area) I make a point to get my nails done. They give the best leg, arm, and neck massages of any salon I've ever been to - and I've been to hundreds. The Customer Service is exceptional, they remember their clientele and do a fantastic job on whatever service is your preference. Personally, I can comment on the manicures (both gel and regular) pedicures, tanning, and eyebrow wax. This place beats many high-end salons as far as service, and then when you factor in the price you can't go wrong. read more

Very bad experience. went in for a pedicure and asked for the Sea Salt. Which included a leg scrub which I did not get. She did not scrub my feet thoroughly at all, I left with dead skin hanging off and the foot scrub particles were still all over my feet. I did not receive a moisturizer either. their color selection was poor. I chose a color off of the selection she gave me and they still didn't have it. She was very aggressive and rough on the work she did do. I'm very disappointed in this experience. I also was over charged for services I did not recieve. I asked for a sea salt pedicure which is $30 and gel polish which of course is extra. I only received a half, & very poor job of a pedicure and was charged $50. Will not be returning. read more

I really liked the girl that did my pedicure. She gave me the price book and asked which "package" I would like. I told her the deluxe (pedicure in a box). It has the price $32 written beside. I also got my eyebrows done this trip. Well, it is time for me to pay and I am told that is $55. I questioned the girl and she goes "we had a price increase, the pedicure was $45". I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this nail salon as it has been my favorite nail salon for years. After this visit I will not be going back. read more

Very poor experience. I went there out of town with my sister while visiting her. I went in for a pedicure. Just after we were seated, I was asked if I'd like some water. This surprise me, and I graciously said yes, please. It began normally with time to soak, but come time for the brief massage part, the lady rubbed vegetable oil, or something similar in smell and color, into my skin. This didn't have the moisturizing effect they were hoping for. It just left my legs greasy. After the polish had been applied (and I had never received the offered water), I asked for a design to be added to my big toe nails. I knew this would cost extra, but I like the extra flair. I said it could be whatever she liked, as I wasn't picky and liked seeing individual artistry. She said she couldn't/didn't know how. She didn't sub out, or even ask anyone else. She basically told me no to an added design. This was frustrating, along with my dropped hopes/surprise of the offered water. Also there was a boy whom I believe was a worker's son, around 9 years old that was overly curious, picking up my car keys from the chair side table for examination. Also annoying. This place used to be very nice when I was in high school, around 2006. Quite different now, a noticeable drop in quality read more

BEWARE!! Horrible unethical service! Did an awful job on my nails - polish was uneven, and wrinkled and they want to deny it! "It's alright., It's alright." NO, IT'S NOT ALRIGHT! Not a good experience! The hygiene of this salon is unbelievable! I am in town visiting the area and have not been to a salon here. When I was sat down the towels they used had nail clippings of other people and they used previously used tools on me! Also they were not wearing gloves and didn't have liners on the foot baths. As for actual service, my manicure was below average. As I said the man who did my nails didn't wear gloves and had infected, pointy nails that he used to push back my cuticles. I decided not to say anything and just sit there. But this is inexcusable, and I am disgusted! Overall this salon has extremely poor hygiene and does a below average job on your nails. I would not recommend this to anyone!! Why go through all this for your nails, I would rather just paint them by myself. read more

This place was horrible. My friends and I left in disgust. When we were about to leave we saw a cockroach crawl across the floor and the worker tried to kill it with another customers shoe. We also witnessed these men and women put back the used tools into their bag and sealed the bag shut as if it was brand new. Who knows if they actually clean their tools!! We both have cuts on our cuticles from the tools. The service was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend. read more
