Prices vary depending what you want done of course, there is a price list on the wall just inside the entrance on the wall to the left. This is my experience of my barber but I cannot tell you how they go with women's hair other than they all seem very happy when they have left. I give them a big two thumbs up. I know it would be cliche to compliment Fratelle on how welcoming they are or their great customer service because, let's face it, these are the core components of any hair salon. However I have been to places where the person who looked after me was (excuse me for me direct) rubbish and it was as if they were being friendly because it is part of their job specs. I found Self Centred on Yelp and was happy to be able to get a same day appointment. They were running a holiday special on a nice relaxation facial with massage and it was so fabulous. Laura has a magic touch in the way she rubs in the products on your face and the massage part! I also loved the products used. Great scents and feels. One smelled like chocolate raspberry cake. Service was great too. Laura was sweet and asked me about myself toward the beginning of the facial and then let me relax for the rest. The receptionist was great and gave me a nice cup of tea before. I would come here AGAIN and AGAIN if I lived in Melbourne!

I have been truly happy with my eyebrows as I wanted to grow them out thicker and Shelley made sure it comes out right. I wouldnt do my mani pedi there as they are great at skincare and makeup. I have purchased some skincare brands like Repacharge and Medik8 based on their study of my skin and have never failed to work. Overall a great place to frequent for your grooming if you don't mind that extra 20% price. I used to live very closeby but I'd come even from as far as Boxhill!

Not that I will be able to get my nails done for some time, since it will take me months to grow out the damage caused to my fingernails from this one bad manicure/butchery! I went for gel removal and deluxe Mani & Peddi. The technician who was removing the gel from my fingernails, rather than gently buffing the surface on the gel to enable removal used a very coarse file and filled all the gel along with most of the layers of my natural nails, till they were paper thin and had to be cut off all the way down to the nail bed to enable the manicure to be completed. I stopped her five times and asked her to stop filing. If I hadn't had another technician working on my feet, I would have walked out then and there. After completely stuffing my nails, she applied one thick coat of polish rather than two to three that are usually applied, and the nail art is so crooked and badly done, that, rather than getting compliments, for the unusual design, I have been asked a number of times since I got out of there, " is it meant to look like that?" The answer is NO IT'S NOT! APPALING! Even when I complained and asked her to stop, explained that she was filling off the layers of my nails she argued. I'm kicking myself for being to polite to make her stop and do the work properly.

Another lady in there at the time we were creamed twice because the dryer burnt her neck. She pointed at her neck in which they just spoke their own language and continued doing what they were doing. They need to be stopped or atleast improve on skills and customer service! By the way they burnt my daughter's scalp! But only knew this after the job was done. I was there for the first few minutes supervising my daughter. But I left her thinking 3 women would take care of her. Very disappointing the whole lot of them!!
