No one ever came. Got a call a couple hours later that the guy was there but "didn't see anyone home." Was vague when providing details about the quote and said that he would send the final cost over to us by around noon that day. It's been two weeks and we've heard nothing, I sent them another message a week ago, and still nothing. Disappointing.
