He was the only taxi or shuttle service in the area, and as soon as I explained our situation, he immediately came to get us. There was no hesitation or question, and he came as soon as he could. He got to us within 20 minutes, and safely took my two little girls and I into Gainesville so we could wait for the new tires. He was so sweet, and immediately went above and beyond to help us.
